Nonexistent customer service
Bought a great from them many years ago. Have tried a few times since to find something similar from them with no luck.
Recently tried again and needed to return the item. The return functionality wouldn't produce the return slip (problem wasn't on my end; I'm in tech). Emailed their support twice to receive a return slip by email - no reply. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to institute a chargeback if I don't hear back shortly.
What to know about Buck Mason
I am a pretty avid consumer who buys a lot of quality clothes online. I wear a classic fit large button down shirt and have an arsenal full of them from various quality companies, i.e. Billy Reid, Flint and Tinder, Flaherty, Banana Republic, etc. I just purchased my first button down from Buck Mason for nearly $200.00, and while the material quality was excellent and I liked the design, the fit was WAY too small for me, which makes no sense, as I buy clothes online all the time and every classic fit large fits me. Their sizing was way off. I looked it up online then and saw quite a few reviews saying the same thing.
I went directly to their customer service about it and, while the person responding was courteous in their response, they also had a very dismissive attitude about the sizing saying, "not every item is for everyone." That was unfortunate. No customer service should be that way when a customer is telling them there is a sizing problem. I have well over 70 quality shirts in my closet, all the same exact size, and they all fit fine. This was was too small to even close properly and they were not attentive to it.
I don't recommend this company right now.
Not softer after washing.
I purchased 2 T shirts for my husband for Christmas. It was recommended as a best buy on NYT I think. These were curved hem style. Two good things I have to say. True to size and made in USA. I have washed these over 40 times but no softer. My husband likes soft T shirts. These were no better than cheaper shirts anywhere. The style was ok but nothing special. He now wears these for outside dirty work.
Scammers
Part of my order is missing and they havent responded to a single email for two weeks now. Literally scammers at this point. Going to have to follow up with my bank.
Don’t bother
Would never order from this company again. Clothes are not as described, uncomfortable and don’t wash well. Seems as though they are more mass produced than Buck Mason would care to admit.
The wrong item was sent to me.
The wrong item was sent to me.
I ordered a specific jacket in a particular size from Buck Mason's online store, but they sent me a totally different one. Now the one I actually wanted is no longer available. They failed to check the item before fulfillment. Totally unprofessional.

I ordered from Liclothina which is apparently a part of Buckmasom because my card was charged by Buckmasom. com. I have tried multiple times by several emails to both companies and haven't heard a word. Tracking said my order delivered to someplace in Guam... I live in Tennessee... Not even close!
Clothes would be worth it if not for customer service
Ordered a pair of jeans that started to fall apart (hole in pocket, tearing on side stitching) after almost a year. I emailed the help email listed on their website and was promptly ignored for (at this point) more than a week. I still haven't heard back.
No piece of clothing on its own is worth this much. It just isn't. Prices like these can only be justified by union made clothing (seriously: try Filson) or quality customer care (also, see Filson). From what I can tell on the website, the only MiUSA clothes Buck Mason sells are t-shirts. Everything else I'm not so sure about. Further, at least in my experience, they didn't come close to providing quality customer care: they didn't even provide a semblence of it.
Buyer beware. If you inspect the clothing yourself and find it up to spec, by all means, consider buying it. Just don't count on a response to your email if you missed a thread or hole.
Trash clothing
Trash clothing. Terrible quality.
Fit is meant for feminine low testosterone males. Any kind of masculine build this isnt for you
Cheaply made in China
Cheaply made, overpriced clothing MADE IN CHINA!
They lie about free returns then they charge. They take their time to deliver and especially to return your money. Stay away.

Not impressed for these premium prices, I would expect at least them hitting minimum expectations, especially a policy.
Top Notch!
My go-to for men’s clothing gifts! Their quality is exceptional and their styles are timeless. The sizing is realistic and they also accommodate taller/longer body types. I hope they continue to expand their women’s line.
Aside from online ordering, I’ve also had the pleasure of going to one of their stores in Atlanta once and the solo employee there was super accommodating and kind. I had some questions about fit and fabric and she gave me her business card so I could get in touch with her directly with any questions. She was so helpful in finding the right shirt and size that was needed.
Lovely brand! Very impressed from product quality, to customer service, down to the admiration for their marketing and style.
Check twice if your looking for "American-made"
Found a much-coveted indigo-dyed t-shirt on the BM site. I like quality takes on classic jeans and t's made in America, which I thought was what BM was all about.
When I received the item, the label said "Made in China". Bitterly disappointed.
Great tees and shirts, modern retro style
I saw them on Shart Tank, they did not get a deal. I checked the site and style and love the rugged, retro design. I think I have bought well over 50 tees, shirts and stuff. The tees are the best, love them. they are not cheap and they have an annoying tag inside the back of the tees that is irritating but the look is a killer
Good products online customer svc is crap
Good products, decent. Some are 'now made in China' so depending on your stance on that, proceed with caution. The only caveat is the hipsters with attitude that run their customer service portal. We were told that "looking at your history of returning items, perhaps you can use one of our stylists to help you?" seriously? we only returned three items after spending much money. Curt and accusatory and surly attitude. Terrible online customer care but excellent clothing. Perhaps shop in person rather than deal with those sad little angry people in the online customer service portal.
Will definitely buy again
I ordered several shirts in several styles to see which ones I like best. I ended up needing one size larger so I returned my whole order and my refund was processed quickly. All the shirts were great quality and fit great, I just wanted to size up to account for any possible shrinking in the dry. Will be reordering my shirts again soon.
Great quality t shirts that fit well
Great quality t shirts that fit well, wash well, and will last a long time. I've been searching for something like this for a long time.
And, quick shipping, responsive to emails.
All around excellent experience.
