Abandoned by Customer Service When It Actually Mattered
Long-time BYLT customer, and this latest experience has completely changed my view of the company. After spending thousands of dollars with them over the years, I’ve now learned their customer service is nonexistent when there’s an actual issue.
My return package was physically handed to my mail carrier someone I know well who regularly takes outgoing packages from my home business. The package is now lost, and instead of helping, BYLT has delayed, deflected, and subtly implied I never sent it back.
After weeks of emails and repeated follow-ups just to get responses, I’m now out a significant amount of money with zero resolution, zero accountability, and zero concern for a loyal customer. If something goes wrong, don’t expect BYLT to stand behind you…Absolutely terrible customer service and has me rethinking if I will ever support this brand again.

Rachelle is consistently responsive, helpful, and makes the return process seamless. She’s also great at answering fit questions, which I really appreciate. Between the product and her level of service, BYLT has earned my business season after season.

Excellent products and customer service. My wife and I own several BYLT items, and we've never had an issue with the fit, quality, or design. Our latest purchase was the first time we encountered a problem. Although it was past the return window, our representative made an exception and authorized a return. BYLT took the opportunity to show appreciation for our loyalty. We truly appreciate the gesture and, as a result, are more loyal than ever.
