Where to even begin. I purchased with them twice in the last two months and, sigh, such a disappointment. Sadly, I won't be returning as I've just dealt with too much of a headache - it's almost like poor, unresponsive customer service is built into their business model.
I bought this beautiful 3k suede jacket for my husband for Christmas but it came in a completely demolished corrugated box (not giftable) - how can a luxury brand treat their merchandise so poorly?? I requested that they send me a nice box (like what other luxury brands do - Canadian Goose, LV, etc) and I basically had to jump through hoops to get one. Well they sent one, but didn't actually consider the product that the box would need to fit, so it of course didn't properly fit and had to use tape around the entire box. The jacket was great which is why I decided to purchase again.
My second time around, I purchased 3 pair of chinos for my husband for valentines day. They looked nice but didn't fit so I sent back. Well, upon getting my refund, I realized that they only refunded 1 pair when I sent 3 back. Well they claim that only one pair was sent back in the box which is a 100% inaccurate statement. I checked my FedEx shipment facts and the box was 5lbs - please tell me how 1 pair of chinos weighs 5lbs? I have never had to fight so hard to get a refund, let alone have my character be questioned by a company.
I'm bummed. Nice product, but disappointing service.
Horrible company
Horrible company. I purchased 3 pairs of pants. They looked great and felt great, but 2 of 3 pair had holes by the cargo pockets after being washed and worn 3 times. Customer service was horrible. They were slow, non-responsive and seemed to not care. After a week of emailing back and forth while they would ask for piece meal verification of my claims. After sending in pictures, prior order numbers, personal info, they advised me I could buy a new pair with a 15% discount or take the sweats to a tailor and send them a bill. They would not exchange for pants that were not defective, and they did not seem to think 160.00 sweat pants were meant to last more than 1 month. Buy from someone that takes pride in the product. This company does not. Just a cash grab!
Vulgar marketing strategy at the expense of it's customer base
I am a regular customer from Switzerland. I received news from Todd Snyder that they were releasing their New Balance 992 10th Anniversary on 1 December at 11am ET. I placed my order online at 11am sharp, proceeded immediately to pay via PayPal, but within seconds the shoes in my cart were sold out! Rather than seek to satisfy regulars by giving them early access to limited editions or by protecting them from online buying bots, Todd Snyder prefers to create a buzz for the brand by means of this vulgar marketing strategy aimed at scrambling resellers who obviously use programs to jump queues and will be selling the item at three times its price or more in a couple of months. Shame on you, Todd Snyder, for letting your repeat customers down. I'm sure I'm not the only one you've alienated today.

If I could give no stars, I would, it’s not an option unfortunately. Horrible company, horrible customer service. I had a return that was less than 30 days from receipt of merchandise, 25 days & they will not honor return, as their policy states returns are only good for 30 days from purchase date, NOT day of receipt. What’s absurd is they actually state deliveries are taking longer than normal. I have been ill & unable to make return & attempted to initiate a return today & was told what I stated above. Returns are good for 30 days from date of purchase. Who offers returns like that? It’s not surprising they have an F rating with BBB. I will never spend another moment even looking at their merchandise much less spend a cent more ever with this ripoff, poor quality company. Photos are also deceiving, color of items in their photos are not what you get in some cases. Never again

Purchased a final sale two piece suit item. The suit did not fit me properly but the company was kind enough to accept a return for refund anyway.
I contacted them twice during the process. Once to notify them of the return shipment with a tracking number and a second time to tell them shipment was delivered. I got my refund a day after notifying them of a successful delivery. Excellent customer service.
Poor customer service
As so many people have complained here, TS has bad customer service. Went into their Manhattan store. The salespeople don’t bother to greet you. I asked the salesman to process an online purchase for me, as the item I wanted wasn’t in store, and he responded that I can “do it myself”. Needless to say, I was quite surprised, as I expected free shipping if I order in-store, and besides, this is what salespeople always do - order the item for you, as it is their job. So, I asked him to order it for me, even though he said there will be no free shipping. He entered the information on his tablet and when I was looking through it to make sure it’s all correct, I (purely by accident) noticed that he picked the wrong size for me! Had I not noticed that, I would’ve ended with a wrong item. So, he had to pick a different size and all the information had to be filled out again. I took the tablet and just filled it out myself fast.
Also, (and this might not bother many people out there), the store representatives are all dressed in ultra casual attire, which makes it difficult to differentiate them from customers. I believe that a staff at work should look more professional. One of the salespeople was wearing what looked suspiciously similar to pajama bottoms…
So, I’m currently waiting for my item to arrive, and I have my fingers crossed after reading so many negative reviews from people, who either didn’t receive their items or had trouble returning them and getting a refund.
All that being said, I like their style, which has a good balance between classic and modern, their suit and sport coats are well made, fit me well, and are, overall, of high quality. When on sale, they’re a great option. I only wish their customer service was better.

I spent a lot of money on clothing…
I spent a lot of money on clothing including high taxes and charges when I was ordering I accidentally ordered XL instead of M I emailed them straight away to tell them about my error. Even though it was impossible for them to have even started my order they said they could not do anything. I emailed them four times but they wouldn't change the size of the shirt. Now I'm stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and it's like trying to escape the iron curtain trying to organise a return plus it's me that has to pay the return to the USA from Europe plus more taxes and charges. The clothing items are pretty good but over priced but the customer service is terrible.
It will put me off buying from them again.
They didn't even reply to my last email.
Don't order from them if you require 💯 because you'll be let down badly.
They need to cop on if they want to have satisfactory customer service.

idk why all the hate for todd snyder here. their stuff is really nice, particularly the champion x todd snyder stuff. yeah it's not cheap, maybe it's overpriced for sweats, but i find them to be a worthy competitor in the world of luxury sweats. and if you can't afford $100+ luxury sweats without whining then you shouldn't be here. my only experience with their customer service was walking into their manhattan store, reps were super nice and helpful.

Everything is great... until it's NOT. Meaning they are very quick to deliver and take your money, but god forbid you have to return something... especially if you are outside of the US - in my case Canada - where btw much of their products originate from - forget it. They make you pay shipping, taxes and import fees that can be as much as 30% of your original purchase price. In my case I have spent over $3.5k with them recently - most new arrival stuff - so I paid full pop- price wise -and trying to return an expensive jacket based on it being poorly represented online as far as Color. They have kept me waiting, refused the return based on COD for taxes and import fees of $100. It has been overall a very frustrating experience and all should be warned of this. Terrible Customer Experience!!
Overpriced, mediocre quality, extremely slow refund
Poor quality for the almost $800 price, so made the return. They don't provide postage labels to cost almost $80 to return. The item was received back in their warehouse and still my refund took over three weeks to come through. I had to follow up 5 times (as it was a lot of money) and the staff were totally unhelpful and so vague I almost became suspicious. They just held onto my money for no reason. Really embarrassingly poor customer service and overpriced goods.
Unprofessional and Disappointing and they don't allow negative reviews on their website...
This was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I have had shopping in years. I was really excited to make a purchase of two shirts as Christmas gifts on December 3rd, 2020. I received only one of the two on December 12, 2020, and as no one contacted me or issued a refund, I reached out to the company twice with no response. I tried again on December 17th and finally spoke with a manager who informed me that one of the two shirts was not available to be shipped so they only sent one.
They did not inform me of their error, nor did they refund the money for the purchase - Over $350 - until after I made a complaint two weeks later. Obviously they were aware of the error - only one shirt was available to ship - but the fact that neither their systems nor their employees generated some sort of flag tells me that this is not a company from whom anyone could trust to make a purchase.
This has obviously left me without a present, and with a really poor taste in my mouth after having been so excited to give a Todd Snyder shirt to my brother for Christmas.
To top it off, the manager Mackenzie was rude from the beginning of the call; she was immediately defensive and made me feel as though I was at fault for being upset. Had she offered to express another shirt to me, I would not only have spent my money with Todd Snyder, but would have been more than thrilled and left a glowing review.
I am sad to say that I would not purchase from here again, nor can I recommend this company based on their customer service.

Sketchy service & haven’t received items
I ordered two hoodies from them well over a week ago. They’ve created a UPS label for my order but haven’t shipped it out (despite paying for premium shipping). I contacted their customer service department and they refuse to respond to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Beware buying from Todd Snyder
Beware buying from Todd Snyder. The style is there, but more often than not the quality isn’t worth the price. Shirts are generally quite thin. Recently bought 4 camp collar summer shirts, all of which claimed in the description to be “100%” cotton from various Portuguese or Italian mills. 3 out of 4 were in fact cotton blended with stretchy spandex. All four came with fancy hang tags that said “Italian fabric”, even though only one was from a so-called Italian mill. They’re decent shirts and I bought on sale, so I didn’t return. Here’s the funny part, I reviewed all four over a month ago and basically wrote what I said above. TS has yet to post my reviews. I’m starting to think they’re a company who filters reviews. That’s pretty shady if you’re going to have a section for reviews, if you ask me. All said and done, they’re good looking shirts, and I don’t like super thick fabric for summer clothes, but they’re quite thin and I’ve bought better quality stuff from Jcrew at half the price (and these were on sale at almost $100) Just some weird things going on at TS. Seems to suffer from a lack of disorganization, at best.
we purchased two items
we purchased two items, returned both, only refunded for one purchase and never for the second item. We are out over 100.00 for itchy wooly thick cardigan. We were sent an ominous 'refund zero' email about that item getting 'refunded' and were given the complete run around. Horrible customer service, claiming we sent the returned items to the 'wrong warehouse'? yet...one of the items was refunded?..god awful customer service, there is something seriously wrong with their infrastructure there. Someone should investigate. Never ever again purchasing from this website.

Do not waste your time purchasing from Todd Snyder. This place has one of the worst customer service departments I've ever run across. If you have a refund coming, good luck getting it. Their merchandise can be found elsewhere, so do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

I have to agree with other reviewers on Todd Snyder’s poor quality mens clothing. I trusted an article written by GQ in 2018 about the man Todd Snyder called, “The Man Who Taught Men to Love Clothes,” and then bought a lot of his clothes over the year only to learn the hard lesson that many, if not most pieces of mens clothes I bought from TS was made poorly. The fact is, Todd Snyder, the man behind the clothes makes poor quality clothes that are on par with fast fashion clothes, but at a much higher price point.
