Outstanding Customer Service Gorgeous Tiles
I needed these gorgeous tiles (BTW NO other company seemed to have just exactly what I was looking for) in a hurry so rang Tileflair and spoke with Aaron. Helpful, efficient and genuinely committed to doing his best to get these to me in a hurry. Followed up with a confirmation email and a promise to oversee my order as soon as it was placed to expedite the delivery process, which he duly did. They arrived within 48 hours and this on a short BH week. If only more companies employed an Aaron instead of ‘chat-bots’, the world would be a better place for all.

Our sample service is completely free of charge, including postage, and is designed to give customers an easy way to view tiles at home before making any decisions. We pack all samples carefully, although once they leave us they are in the hands of our courier, so occasionally damage can happen in transit.
Our customer service team reached out as soon as we saw your review to offer replacement samples, and we’re glad to hear from your reply that the tile quality itself was exactly as expected.

I was in desperate need of some tiles
I was in desperate need of some tiles, the tiles I needed were discontinued. I searched everywhere for them and couldn’t find them. I phoned Tileflair Swindon and spoke to Dan. A super positive experience; I visited in a panic having found that the splash backs purchased were not going to work in our new kitchen. Jason was extremely helpful in providing options for tiles, and delivery dates; samples were provided and I placed an order a short time after returning home. The tiles arrived on the day specified and the guys were helpful by loading the boxes into my car. Upon returning a few boxes after the work was completed, James was equally helpful with the unloading and completing the refund without any fuss. Would highly recommend.
