Purchased a sample from tileflair for £22 including postage just to find out that the tiles are out of stock. Why would i need the sample especially at this price if i cant get tiles? Order should have been cancelled and refunded. Waste of time and money.

The product you selected was part of our clearance range, which is sold on a limited‑stock basis and clearly marked online as having only 1 sqm remaining at the time of your sample purchase. Clearance items are offered at a significantly reduced price and, as noted on the product page, availability cannot be guaranteed once stock reaches this level.
Our customer service team responded promptly to confirm the remaining stock when queried and offer support with suitable alternatives. We would still be very happy to help you find a comparable option for your project.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged for your sample order to be refunded in full and would welcome the opportunity to assist you further. If you would like to continue the conversation, please reply to our previous email or contact our customer service team directly at hello@tileflair.co.uk.
Flexible and cooperative
We didn't have space to store the tiles, so we had to have them delivered at a time when the builders were ready, and Tileflair were helpful is getting this arranged. Also, we didn't order enough, but the builders were able to pick up the extras they needed, same day. They then got too many, but there was no problem taking back and getting a refund on the excess.

We always get our tiles from Tileflair Reading. There’s always excellent service, and a great range of products and choice. The team are always helpful showing photos of the tiles you’re deciding on within existing customer projects, they even will carry samples to your car for you!

Quality tiles and great customer service
Visiting and purchasing from this company was a pleasure from start to finish. When we first looked for bathroom tiles the staff were helpful and advised well, samples were available to buy and take home (refundable), they advised as needed. Purchase and delivery was straightforward and arrived on time. Tiles are excellent quality and look amazing. When I returned the excess the refund process was simple and one staff member helped and got the heavy tiles from my car for me.
We used the branch in cribs causeway and Jack served us.
I would totally recommend tile flair for quality and customer service. Thank you

Really helpful sourcing replacement tiles for a floor laid 6 years previously. Lots of great advice about grouting and product to seal. The Exeter store has a great display of the most beautiful tiles I’ve seen.

Placed an order online. Pick up was Reading not my preferred choice. Contacted customer service asked them to deliver to my preferred location Chandlers Ford. Delivered within a couple of days. Great service.
