From the start, the customer service has been outstanding. Steve answered my queries via the live chat even on a Sunday evening, and offered insightful and speedy advice that made ordering so much easier. Mark was absolutely wonderful once I had ordered, and arranged for a one-hour delivery slot, which made all the difference to me. He was ever so kind and kept me up to speed with the arrangements. Finally, Anna at Transport worked absolute magic, ensuring the delivery was right on time despite changes at the local depot. Down to the driver, who chipped in getting the tiles to the door, it couldn't have been a better experience. I would highly recommend Floor Warehouse for great prices and exceptional customer service.

Very happy with my purchase, Mark from sales upgraded my delivery to next day delivery for free! This was a great help as the builder gave us the go ahead on short notice and needed it before the weekend to allow the flooring to acclimatise prior to installation. Now its been installed and I am impressed by the quality and look.

Charge for 48hr delivery slot, dont turn up and refuse to return money. Be cautious.

Very reasonably priced, my floor gets non stop compliments. It’s a bit of a showstopper and gives off a warm glow when the light hits it. I have been asked if it’s original several times and it’s been very robust in terms of a busy, messy family life and lots of furniture being moved around. Prompt and helpful replies from the staff also make me highly recommend floor warehouse.

Special thank you to Jacob for allowing me to return leftover flooring boxes well outside the 30-day limit. I had explained my project had been delayed and I had the planks fitted 2 months after receiving it. Jacob was able to make an exception and still collect the goods for a refund. Great company to work with.

Special thanks to Mark from Sales. We needed the flooring urgently, and he offered to upgrade our flooring delivery to next day for free, so instead of getting it on Monday, we got it on Friday. Amazing customer service. we have looked at the oak herringbone planks, and it looks wonderful. Can't wait to get it fitted over the weekend.

I order engineered flooring regularly for my projects across the UK and usually use another known company, but have switched over to Floor Warehouse as they had some options that the others didn't have, and I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the product and will be using you guys much more.
