I was incredibly disappointed with this parking company, the worst airport parking I have experienced.
Firstly, they charge £14 to take you to and from the airport, you are not told this until you have already booked the parking.
Secondley,The first day that I was away the alarm on my 'tracker' was activated. They had driven my car to a different location without my permission, 4 miles away, despite that fact that the booking conformation says that the car will ony be moved 'in the car' park.
Thirdly, they kept me waiting 1 hour 20 minutes before picking me up on my arrival back at T5.
Fourthly, on receiving my car back, the dashboard and infotainment settings had been change as well as other driver settings.
Fifthly, on reading there online T&C's when I got home, I find that there insurance is only valid to £15k, so if they trash your car, the most you will get is that amount as your insurance will not cover it
This is totaly unacceptable, I will never use this service again and recommend that anyone else seriously evaluates there personal circumstances before booking with this company.

I have used this company twice in the last 6 months and I cannot fault the service at all. Prices are well below the average and staff are polite, friendly and welcoming. Other reviews have complained about the £7 fee each way charge for drop off- this is made very clear before booking if you read the drop off instructions! It's an airport charge, not the company- Heathrow have signs plastered everywhere that everyone has to pay it. A simple call to get picked up once you are out and that's it. Yes I waited about 20 mins but at midday, the traffic is horrendous and it's no longer than waiting for any other shuttle bus. Car ready for me when I got back to the compound in the condition I dropped it off. Will happily use this company again.

Do not use this company under any circumstances.
They turned up 40 minutes late to collect our car despite us calling them 30 minutes in advance. We then sent five emails and made a formal complaint over a two-week period — and still received no reply whatsoever.
To make matters worse, they charge a punitive £25 per day if you need to extend your booking. Extremely poor communication, terrible reliability, and zero customer care.
This company should be avoided at all costs.

Easy to find, parked straight away. Shuttles both to and from the airport were easy and quick. We even had some awkward delays with baggage and no problem.

Awful experience - please trust the bad reviews! On arrival tried to charge us additional money so holiday started with an argument with them. Someone eventually had the key but not given any receipt. Then he wouldnt drop us off at our terminal as he didnt want to get into traffic so we had to get a bus after they dropped us. On returning we kept being told 15 mins, then when we called again after 20 mins were just told the same again. Were also told to wait in an area in seems they couldnt even get to so we had to keep dragging our luggage around to try and find them. When finally got to the car park our car was blocked in by other cars. When I tried to complain the guys clearly didnt care at all. Worst car parking experience...avoid at all costs!
