Terrifying
The car was picked up pretty much on time.
Whenever i have used these parking services the ticket is normally paid but this time i was told to pay. I could have booked with another firm which would have worked out cheaper.
On the return i called them to deliver my car and i had to wait almost an hour. I kept calling every 5 minutes and most of the times they would cut my call off to such an extent that i thought i had been scammed and they have stole my car.
My car on the exterior was extremely dirty but that is somewhat understandable but interior was dirty too, I had crisps crumbs all over both front seats.

I had my passport stolen abroad and was stranded, unable to travel back to the UK to collect my car (booking ref CPD-19-615615, pickup time 13:30). I arranged for a friend to collect it on my behalf, but as he could only do so after work, collection would be at approximately 18:30 — a delay of around 5 hours.
When I called to explain the situation on 13 April 2026, a member of staff verbally confirmed that as the delay was under 6 hours, the late fee would be waived. I relied on that assurance. When my friend collected the car on 14 April within that timeframe, he was charged £25 anyway, in direct contradiction to what I had been told.
When I called to dispute the charge, the operative falsely accused me of shouting. I was frustrated — I was dealing with a stolen passport and a consular emergency — but I was not shouting. When I agreed to pay to end the dispute, he responded by directing profanities at me before ending the call.
I have submitted a formal written complaint and a Subject Access Request under UK GDPR for all call recordings. If unresolved, this will be escalated to Trading Standards. I do not recommend this company.
Dashcam unplugged, interior damage suggesting use whilst away.
Wouldn't recommend. Seat back hanging off in a 2018 BMW X5. How??? How is my rear passenger seat being touched in anyway during a single person valet service.
Dashcam unplugged. Something doesnt sit right with a professional driver that needs to hide their driving. Hiding behind company "security" policies. Park my car. Don't tamper with my property. Such a policy should be in bold upon payment.

Do not use! We phones 30 mins before arrival and were told you will be half an hour earlier than you said. We thought ok no worries. On landing back we called after clearing security and were told we will be with you within 30 mins. It took 35 and we were left standing for 25 mins, I would not call that meet and greet! Strange that our arrival time we booked was 1930 and we were on the dot but it doesnt work both ways. Book one that has an actual desk at the level and check the reviews before booking, these guys are cowboys

I booked through a comparison website and didn't notice that the return date had flipped to an incorrect date until i arrived back at Heathrow.
A very rude member of staff at Mayfair then said to get my car back i had to pay £50 charge which is ridiculous as i'd already paid well over the rate for the number of days my car was actually held for. I can't find any Tcs and Cs on their website at all and also as i booked through a comparison website the Tcs and Cs i saw prior to booking were completely different and never mention a £50 charge. Think they are a scam company! AVOID!

Really bad service. Took them 1 hour to deliver the car once I called to tell them that I had my luggage.
On confirmation they said further pick up charges were £6 which turned out to be £8.

Damaged Car
Late meeting us, greeted with no apology, just a rude and abusive driver. I rebooked with another company on the day. Do not trust this company! I returned to find that they had scratched my Car. Warning - Do Not Use!!

Worst parking experience yet
My car was returned with a badly curbed alloy and my parking-coin pot emptied! So much for trustworthy and professional service. When told to communicate with the boss there was complete radio silence. I would warn against using Mayfair, there are better alternatives.
Outrageously bad
Outrageously bad. Not only were they an hour late but my car had been EGGED! Like 4 times! Who knows where they were parking it but it is clearly unsafe. Do not trust your car with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
FAKE REVIEWS AND UNLICENSED DRIVERS
Had to use this company as official Heathrow parking was all booked. Firstly they were late for pick up. Secondly, they moved our vehicle numerous times during stay which resulted in 0 MILES at the end. We have Tesla so we could monitor all the movements. At the end we had to take taxi to come collect the vehicle from some weird farm looking place next to recovery place. Car was dirty and key left somewhere behind the tyre!!! Also noticed scratch on the rear left next to tyre, I WOULD WANT TO SEE IF THESE DRIVERS EVEN GOT THE LICENSE!!! We booked through comparetheparking and I’m pretty sure reviews there are FAKE!!! Also you don’t even know the name of actual company when you book, as otherwise I would see trustpilot reviews firsthand
money stolen and dashcam unplugged
On the return of our vehicle we noticed the dashcam had been unplugged and turned to face straight up (why?), at least £25 in notes and change were missing from the central storage console as was a pair of sunglasses and at least £30 worth of fuel had been used.
Unfortunately I had already left the airport when we noticed this. I called straight away and was advised to email my complaint. 4 times now and zero response. Shocking service, all you need after returning from a relaxing holiday.

What a dreadful Company - waiting and still waiting for our car to be brought to us sofar 90 mins late - we keep calling and get nowhere - on our drop off they keep us waiting over an hour to pick the car up!!! DO NOT USE- They stole our car, said we hadn’t booked with them, then said it was in a closed compound. Police have reported it as stolen now. Avoid at all cost. This was from Heathrow Terminal 4 Level 2 short stay. Do not be fooled into thinking it’s a safe company because you drop off at Heathrow. Absolutely heartbroken.

I was advised to use Mayfair parking for meet and greet service at Heathrow Terminal 5. When my car was returned someone had gone through the centre console and stolen all of the pound coins (£15). When I rang them, they didnt want to know about it. Avoid at all costs.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with Mayfair Parking Heathrow Meet and Greet.
From start to finish, the service was rude, unprofessional, and completely unconsiderate.
I was genuinely shocked at how I was spoken to on the phone. Instead of offering assistance, I was shouted at and spoken down to in a way that felt both aggressive and dismissive. It was not only disrespectful but came across as blatantly sexist in tone, as though my questions and requests were an inconvenience simply because I was asking them.
We politely asked if it would be possible to collect our car just 10 minutes earlier than the stated arrival time. Ten minutes. Rather than attempting to help or even responding with basic courtesy, they were completely inflexible and unwilling to accommodate us in any way. There was no attempt at understanding, no customer care, just hostility.
For a service that markets itself as “meet and greet,” the attitude could not have been further from welcoming. Customer service should involve professionalism and basic respect, neither of which were present here.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. There are far better, more respectful services available at Heathrow!

Poor service
Inflexible, rude and extremely poor customer service. We got our bags slightly earlier than expected and called 40 mins before our pick up time for the guy to then shout at us on the phone. We were told the car would be there at our booked time but ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes.
No acknowledgement or apology out of courtesy. Do not recommend and won't be using again.
