Please be aware!!!
Although we were greeted straight away, taken and returned promptly to the airport I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company.
On our return, we found our car had been driven 8 miles, the 2 front seats were partially reclined and the radio had been changed to a 'Capital Dance' channel. We were given to understand the car would only be moved within the small carpark, but when we questioned why our car had been driven 8 miles we were told they sometimes have to drive it to another car park when it is busy.
The actual wording on the Booking confirmation is:

'The team will then move your vehicle to the secured area of the car park.'

It doesn't say it will be 'removed' from the car park.
We left our car with them from 19th May 2026 to 6th June 2026

I won't be using this company again.

I informed them that I would be arriving at their car park at 4:30pm, but they felt the need to call me repeatedly about 25 minutes before, demanding to know where I was. Unnecessary and frankly rude. I arrived at the car park at exactly 4:30pm. The gate was shut. I tried to call them on the number they had called from but they decided not to answer. I called the number on the banner outside the gate. No answer. Eventually the gate opened when someone was leaving, but this was probably 10 minutes after we had arrived. Why bother to call me and demand to know where I was when you can't be bothered to let people into the car park?

The booking in procedure was fine - don't expect a great deal of professionalism though.

The minibus to the airport was OK in terms of getting us there, but it was significantly cleaner on the outside than it was on the inside and, according to the dashboard warning lights, had a puncture or other tyre pressure issues which they had clearly been ignoring.

Upon returning to Heathrow, we received a number of calls in quick succession, again asking to know where we were. This, despite them having our flight details and return time which I would have assumed would be used to approximate our arrival time at the pick up point, like other airport transfer services do. Apparently not. Again the minibus, a different one this time, wasn't exactly clean on the inside.

Picked up our car, which seemed to be fine. Again, the professionalism was deeply lacking, but at least we got the car back without any damage and could be on our way.

Halfway home, we noticed that they had disconnected our dashcam, both from the power and the rear camera. They hadn't mentioned this, of course. That camera is there to protect our vehicle and provide evidence in the event of an incident. There should have been absolutely no reason that it was disconnected. People disconnect these things when they have something to hide, right?

I emailed them when I got home, asking why it was disconnected and why, according to my tracking app, the car had been driven for 20 minutes the day before we returned to Heathrow. If it had been moved to a secondary car park, fine, but there had been no corresponding journey at any time while we were away. I waited for longer than the 3-5 working days they claim they'll respond within, then emailed again asking if they were planning to respond. As yet, nothing. No surprise there.

I have no issue with the car being moved as necessary to free up space for other cars, but where was it moved to? For all I know, it could have just been dumped on the side of the road. At no point did they mention a secondary car park, or where they would likely move any cars to.

I do take serious issue with my dashcam being disconnected. The only reason for disconnecting it would be to hide where the car was taken, or what was done with it while we were away, which is shady at best.

I don't expect that they'll respond to my emails, as they won't have a satisfactory answer.

They might respond to this review with what is clearly a cut and paste response about providing a booking reference so they can investigate, but that would, I suspect, be totally pointless.

They were just about the cheapest airport parking service I found. I guess now I know why.

DONT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR! We left our campervan and was shocked when collected! Our shelves were out of space and belongings on the floor! Foot prints inside the back of campervan left with dirt on the mats and blanket! Campervan looked like someone was racing with it! I really hope nothing is missing, don’t understand why drivers walk past the cab to start with!

First time using Tidy Airport Parking. They were amazing and a great price. Khalid took us to the airport and picked us up always with a smile. No waiting around when we arrived, transported immediately to Heathrow and after accessing luggage on our return, we called and they arrived within 10 minutes. After a long flight home from Hong Kong just what we needed. Will definitely use again.

Khalid was a very great help .Made our parking experience amazing . Picked and dropped us off at the airport on time . ☺️

Khalid was in constant contact with us to ensure we met at the pick up point. He was very friendly and helpful and ensured we avoided traffic to get us back to our car quickly. We would definitely use the company again

Fantastic experience.... The owner Wasim dropped very friendly and professional... On my arrival I didn't have to phone they were already here to collect me ... The driver was called Khalid and kept good communication with me while I was waiting for my luggage... 1st class service... High recommended to use.

THE WORST CARPARKING SERVICE ON EARTH

This place is comparable to a dump. If you value your car or general safety- don’t park here. Hidden fees for drop off and pick up that they don’t mention, half the staff look under age. We arrived - shocked at the site and tiny shack of what they called an office. Immediately we decided we were not leaving our keys with them as it felt like a scam.they were extremely hesitant for us to keep our keys, then as we explained we were NOT leaving them, they charged us £25 to KEEP the keys🤣🤣🤣🤣 which we paid just out of pure desperation to get out of this dust field they call a car park. Drive to Heathrow we nearly crashed twice.
Coming back however, we waited at departures for half an hour where two men finally pulled up in a white van, it was very obvious at that point that the driver was a learner and being coached by the other passenger. Clearly wasn’t aware you stop at red lights or zebra crossings yet, perhaps that was the next trips lesson. They loaded all our bags in stood up, so they rolled around the entire time breaking the contents and the cases. Which they then began giggling about in the front. When finally dropped off the only positive I could take out of the experience was that it was over and we weren’t dead. If I could give minus stars I would. Don’t park here unless you enjoy near death experiences, damaged luggage and rude staff.

An excellent, thoughtful and caring service from beginning to end. Great value for money, conveniently located for Heathrow Airport, and prompt transfers to and from the airport. I will definitely use the service again.
