I purchased a complete vape kit and…

I purchased a complete vape kit and liquids for £80, the staff were friendly and helpful. However my device turned out to be faulty as the tank is a very poor design and fell apart within a few days. I returned to the shop to complain.
I expected help to resolve this issue, but the staff told me the managers don’t allow them to replace or refund, and they deem there products as consumable.
Clearly I am not happy and will never buy here again !

Visited the Andover Tidal Vape store…

Visited the Andover Tidal Vape store today, about to get some disposable vapes that I have been on for a while. I have been buying them constantly and has been costing me a fortune. Was served by Tony who was really friendly and approachable. He was full of knowledge about all the kind of vapes and wasn't just all for the sales. The prices was decent and there was a lot of variety. Tony also was full of a lot of funny innuendo's and very chilled out. Will definitely be buying there again!

Eastleigh - Returning customer!

I’d only started vaping recently and wanted to stop constantly buying elf bars! Jake from tidal vape Eastleigh made me feel so comfortable and was very in depth with info when I was purchasing my first vape. Excellent prices, top tier gent who is so laid back, knowledgable and not all just for the sales! I will always choose tidal vape and jakes genuine customer service, thank you!

Hythe Tidal Vape. Big thumbs up.

I recently visited the new Hythe Waterside shop and was very impressed with the range of mods and juices available, also the helpfulness of the staff in choosing a new mod. Carl and Pete were very thorough in finding out what I actually needed and would suit me best as opposed to selling me any old thing. Definitely the best experience I have received and also thanks for the free samples 👍 Definitely worth a visit.

I have had only good experiences…

I have had only good experiences dealing with this company. Both in the Chandlers Ford store and online.
Recently I dropped my e-cigarette and the glass tank smashed. I ordered on line what I thought was a replacement. I called them to see if I could collect from the store but unfortunately Chandlers Ford didn’t have it in stock. When they heard how urgently I needed it, It was delivered to my door 2 hours later. Amazing service.
Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one and had ripped the box whilst getting it out. No problem they said just bring it back to the store and we’ll swap it over.
Fantastic, they really went the extra mile for me and therefore I would completely recommend them to anybody.
