I went to the Andover store today. Didn’t really know what I wanted. I was served by Drew. Top bloke. Could sell ice to an Eskimo. He’s friendly. Funny. Knows his stuff and understood my needs.
He didn’t rip me off. Didn’t try sell me and I didn’t need. I recommend this shop but… go see Drew. He’s a dude.

Would 100% recommend this store. The staff are very lovey and helpful. A lovely lady called Ree helped me find what I was looking for. I purchased a new device and she helped me set it up. And they have some amazing offers in store.

Staff at Southsea Tidal Vape always cheerful, friendly and really helpful. Rhi and James keep a good stock of disposables and I always find what I need. Service is quick and efficient and they encourage recycling which is a great incentive to keep our streets clean. The tide ebbs and flows at Tidal Vape Southsea ⛵😀 Cheers ✔

Hi everyone. If I was intending to purchase a vape or any other consumables “tidal vape” would be my last choice. My boyfriend recently purchased a £60 vape for me which turned out to be unusable. Upon returning to the shop the following day I was disgusted to discover that the excuse for a “manager” / “próprioter” was not only incapable of correcting the issue with my purchase but he also refused to reimburse me or offer me a replacement. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST.

Been ordering goods since they openend and spending good money.Delivered by hand many times then started using DPD this weekend my delivery was posted to wrong address so called them and recieved no help or customer service and was told its DPD fault.Called yesterday and a arrogant guy listenend to my problem and said call me back but this didnt happen.Just answer phone in shop.These people happy to take money but dont want to know when something goes wrong and people left out of pocket.I will call them when they decide to answer phone and tell them under data protection act to delete and cancel my account.Never again taken for a ride by these people.

I buy often one pack of 10 pieces of Elf bars and 9 of 10 packs have no flavour at all,nothing, only steam and burnt, bitter taste.
I know isn t their fault because the are only selling, but....That was my Last time buying from this store. Only bad stuff the supplier are given to them.
No more from this shop.

Karla served us in portswood tidal vape and her customer service was excellent. She was very helpful and showed us a new range of liquids. She also was very informative about the products you have to offer in store this was fantastic can’t wait for our next trip to the vape shop

Staff are super friendly, great service

I use the shop in Hythe the most. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They understand all the products well and can give great advise and guidance. I don't use any other stores because these guys are the best ones. I also use the loyalty points which is a great little extra.

Tidal Vape in Shirley have been my go to since it opened. Every staff member has been really friendly and knowledgeable, even taking the time to chat about things unrelated to vaping. They are happy to order in what they don't have in stock and remember who I am when i go in to collect.

The personal touch is much appreciated.

First time I’ve ever seen Tidal Vape in Palmerston road, I needed some vape juice so I decided to go in and check it out.
DO NOT GO TO AJY OTHER VAPE SHOP..
Tidal vape is the only store you’ll need or want. They have an amazing selection of vapes/accessories and easily accessible juice so you can really find what you want.
Along with expert knowledge and 10/10 customer service from the store worker it was a pleasure to shop at Tidal Vape. Really friendly staff, would definitely recommend!

Dan in the Southsea shop was so helpful when choosing a vape after bad experience at another vape shop will be definitely be using tidalvape in the future.
