I am a happy customer of a number of This Is Silk products and in February this year I purchased one of your silk hair towels. I had shaved my head during lockdown and wanted something kind to wear on my head while my hair grew back, so I wasn`t using it as a towel but as a hair wrap. I didn`t like the way you suggest wrapping it around the head with the knot on the top, it felt too tight and the look doesn`t suit me, instead I placed the button in the front above my forehead and twisted the towel into a knot at the nape of my neck, the effect was very pretty and easy to adjust regarding tightness. I was delighted with it and now my hair has grown I am using it as a towel to dry my hair, I love it. I also use your silk face cleansing cloths and would love a silk face towel in the same fabric as the hair towel, if at all possible.

This is one of the nicest companies I have dealt with in a very long time ! My order of the silk hair wrap arrived incredibly quickly, beautifully packaged with a thank you note. I was also treated to a silk face mask and a couple of cloths ( I assume to wipes glasses or screens) which was a nice surprise. The quality of the silk is excellent. I will definitely make additional purchases and recommend the company. Highest quality of product and excellent customer service from the lovely Evie.

I’ve bought items from This Is Silk before and I’ve loved them so I thought the silk masks would be beautiful too. I bought three, one as a birthday gift. They are beautifully made but do not fit. They do not go far enough down around the chin. I’ve never had a problem like this with a mask before. I’ve wasted £37. This is a lot of money for me. Be careful before you buy masks. Measure masks that you’ve bought before that fit you well & ask This Is Silk to measure the ones they are going to send out to you so you don’t lose all your money like I have.

Absolutely gorgeous super soft Silk Jersey Face Masks. By far the best I’ve found on the market, very well made, fit lovely and so soft on my skin. Now have most colours to match my outfits.
My daughter also has the hair curlers which are amazing.
Fab company with excellent customer service.

Where do I start first with Evie she is the most helpful person very friendly but sooo professional. Despatch time is brilliant also delivery time. Now for the towel wrap itself normally when I wash my hair I use the same turban style wrap that promises perfection sorry I didn’t know perfection till I purchased my wrap from This Is Silk after washing/conditioning and wrapping my hair (there was no damp around the base of my neck from the wrap)I left it for about 10mins when I took my hair down (my hair is waist length) ready to dry it I could feel the difference in my hair immediately it was soft no frizz at all when I started drying my hair it remained very soft without frizz so much so I didn’t need to use my straighteners which for me was a first as my hair is fine but there is a lot of it it lasted till the next wash I was fully expecting not to get the same results but hallelujah perfect. I don’t normally leave such a detailed review but this product deserved it.I can’t recommend this product enough.Thank you Evie Thank you This Is Silk 🦋

Just received my silk hair wrap and sleep mask. They couldn’t be classier! I’m an Italian lady and I can recognise a good quality product. Softest material, luxury package and I loved the personal touch hand writing in the card! Looking forward to use them tonight. Thank you!

I've purchased a few products for myself and also some pillowcases and masks which I've bought as gifts for others. The quality has excellent each time, especially for the price as has the customer service.
My giftees have always been delighted, these make excellent presents.

Awful customer service. I ordered in January and didn't recieve it two months later. Was told the only way I'd recieve it is by paying more shipping charges, when I asked for those to be revoked as a goodwill gesture, my requested was declined and money refunded. A 2 month waste of my time and wouldn't even give me a good will gesture to compensate. Some of the worst customer service I've recieved

I've made a couple of face mask orders here, and I love the fact that the layers and materials have been used (and updated) to reflect medical research and WHO advice to make face coverings as effective as possible. I've come across lots that are fewer than three layers or don't divulge that information, so I appreciate the transparency and the care they put into them. They're expensive for me, but they're so well made and fit better than most other masks I've bought. The colours and material are lovely, and the silk is really soft against your skin. In my last order they sent an extra mask as a gift, which was great, especially as I haven't been able to buy as many as I'd like just yet.

I purchased a beautiful silk shower cap from this company....the lining is silk the outer waterproof it wasn’t! After half a dozen uses it leaked badly leaving my just straightened hair soaking...so annoying
I contacted the company...they were going to send a postage paid return envelope....they didn’t...contacted them again...no envelope! Fed up.Have purchased other items from the which I’ve been pleased with. Such a shame....dreadful customer service and it was only £28.00 too....expensive shower cap though!.lining silk outer meant to be waterproof..

At this point I've tried a variety of masks with varying degrees of success. These are by far the most comfortable I've tried - lovely soft stretch silk. The masks also have a filter pocket. I was so pleased that I ordered a second pair. They are sold at an excellent price. Very friendly customer service and swift despatch.
