Absolutely love this Mayfairsilk pillowcase. Incredibly smooth, cool, and luxurious, it’s transformed my sleep. Hair feels softer, skin looks fresher, and honestly, going back to cotton now feels like a downgrade. Speedy delivery and good customer service.

They told me the day after my pillowcase was supposed to be delivered, that they didn't have that colour in their warehouse (it should have said out of stock on their website in that case). The only reason they get 3 stars is because I picked another colour and received it the next day, which was good quality. Unfortunately the box and gift card arrived crushed and the message in the gift card was spelt wrong, I emailed a complaint as they are responsible for contacting DPD regarding their failure to deliver properly, but they have ignored me.

I had ordered the silk duvets cover, pillow cases and bottom fitted sheet a while ago. Beautifully packed and wrapped. A few days ago I ordered 2 more pillow cases and another deep fitted bottom sheet. There was an issue with the bottom sheet but they kept me updated the whole time with a phone call and a personal email (thank you CHLOE). There customer service has been lovely. All one needs is great communication and Chloe has been that!!

I placed an order at 13:45 on Thursday 4th September with the understanding that if I placed my order before 2pm, my order would be delivered on the next working day. Therefore, I expected my order to be delivered on Friday.

I telephoned customer services on Friday, as I hadn't had an email saying that my order had been dispatched. They were most unhelpful, and couldn't tell me if my order had been dispatched or not. I was put on hold, then told that someone would call me back.
I received no follow up phone call.
I phoned today, Saturday 6th September but customer services are closed.

I still haven't received my order; it is now two days since I placed the order which was guaranteed to be delivered the next working day on Friday!

I specifically ordered from this company because they specify guaranteed next day delivery. I ordered more items in order to get free next day tracked delivery.
This company are falsely advertising next day delivery when they are unable to fulfill what is specified on their website! Customer service has been appalling! Avoid at all costs!

I was right to look at all the others and chose this one. I ordered 4 from different companies and this, by far, was the stand alone product I kept. It's totally luxurious, with a deep, strong but sensual feel. My hair and face have never felt better and this is the now the pillow case I travel with to put over any other pillow. The piping finished the look as far as I'm concerned and the service has been exemplary. Delivered promptly and beautifully presented. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend as Mayfair Silk delivers on their promise and product. Don't bother wasting your time looking, buying and returning the competition, THIS is the one you want.

Who says silk pillowcases have to be boringly plain? I was searching for something colourful, and finally found it at Mayfairsilk. Delivery was super fast, and the cases are lovely, high quality and elegant. Exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much!
