Its been an absolute nightmare working with this company. I have been waiting for my refund since April! I provided supporting documentation proving the return yet, I have been getting conflicting information from incompetent customer service representatives for months. Ongoing communication with the store managers have not resolved the issue. I would avoid this company at all cost.

First, my return too way too long to process a refund. It was $3000 and it took almost 1 month.
Secondly, I have consigned many items and specifically asked TRR NOT to discount my high value items without approval. Yet - they continue to do it. Why?? Who’s not getting the memo or reading my emails. I have sent and texted many times. Customer Service needs to step up their game.
