The garment was shipped promptly and is in great condition, but there was a cough drop wrapper in the pocket, which made me feel as if it had been worn and hadn't been cleaned before it was sent to me.

The conversion from Euro/UK to American shoe size was not correct. It's important to have the number listed in both formats. Size 9 is listed as 39 or 40 and it makes a big difference when you are 40 and your shoe comes in a size 39 but in the US your size is 9.

Perfect, quick shipping but I live in Montreal ( Canada) and I got 35$ of shipping duty fees plus the original 55-65$ of shipping. But the product was perfect

The item came relatively quickly and in excellent condition, like the listing said. It’s very clearly never been used and I love that I got a good deal on an item I’ve been eyeing for a long time!

They take a very long time to process payments to the sellers. I was promised payment almost a month from when it sold and they gave me a specific date that I would have the payment. That payment date arrived, but the payment did not. They claimed to have initiated payment but my bank has no record of an incoming ACH 2 days later. Lovely.

There is no customer service telephone number. Chat disconnected me. They don't fully answer your questions but instead give you very vague responses. When I asked for more precise information, they simply gave me the exact same vague response. I'm still waiting for the ACH. Tell your sellers that you will "initiate payment" on a certain date; don't say you will receive it!

They don't tell you that you may have a lot of competition on the same item. It took me months to sell an item because there were about 10 others with better prices.
