Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Brilliant staff and customer service!

Shane was very attentive and was able to quickly understand my preference and pick out the perfect fragrances.

His knowledge of the products as well as his top tips on application was also really helpful.

Overall, very pleased with the service today!

Lara was brilliant with helping me…

Lara was brilliant with helping me decide what aftershave I wanted, really welcoming and understanding and has left me feeling far more knowledgeable about scents than I was before, as well as going above and beyond to help.

Very comfortable experience

Had a very comfortable experience in the store, Cathy came straight over to assist me with picking a gift. She was very straight to the point, and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want. Whenever I needed assistance, Cathy and her colleague was there to help. 10/10, would definitely recommend shopping here.

Do not trust there payment system

I ordered a product and paid via a credit card but once I entered it and pressed pay it ask me to enter the details again which I did. Next thing I know they have charged me for 2 products. I phoned there so all help line and explained what has happened and was told they stop one order and would get back to me. They never did and today I received both orders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO HANDLE PAYMENTS and even if they tell you they will sort it they won't

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I am sorry to hear you experienced a glitch during checkout and appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially as it resulted in duplicate orders being placed.

If you would like to return the unwanted second order, you can do so using our free returns label available on our website, or alternatively return it to any of our 200+ stores.

Please be aware that if you choose to return the item via post, once it arrives at our warehouse, the inspection and processing stage can take up to 14 working days, after which your refund will be processed automatically.
