I had a wonderfully helpful young lady (Belle) at the Blackpool store, who let me and my daughter smell many perfumes and also advised us which scents to try.
She helped me order a perfume online from their warehouse.
And finally she phoned me up to let me know that I had left my card in the card machine. I definitely got 5 Star service.
