I had a problem with the Internet when…

I had a problem with the Internet when I took out my home insurance online. I rang the AA the next morning, the advisor on the phone was brilliant, she sorted my problem out straight away. Very refreshing to be able to talk to someone on the other end of the phone.

AA Help Agents are a waste of time.

I struggled to access my documents because my AA password didn't work. To some extent it was my fault because I had not the email instructions. When I went on the chat for help, the agent insisted that the only way was to register with another email.
Unfortunately, the AA sells these products but their agents don't understand them and can end up misleading customers.

The access codes sent to email didnt work

It takes up too much time. Beginning the account after payment, the code sent to the email address:
Took many minutes to arrive
Wouldn't work
Try again
Wouldn't work
you will be able to see how many times that happened. The code entry on some of the attempts were well within the 15minutes it stated it was available for.
It wasted so much of my time that I began to regret choosing AA, leaving me not wanting to recommend AA

Obtained quotes via Go Compare and…

Obtained quotes via Go Compare and decided that the AA quote suited me best and therefore transferred to your Website to make the purchase. However when checking my details before paying I noticed that your system had altered my address slightly by adding the word Flat in front of the number of my house. I corrected this only to receive a message to the effect that you had withdrawn your quote. I phoned your customer services and a member of your staff tried unsuccessfully to recover the quote and suggested I go back to Go Compare and try again which was unsuccessful. Very Frustrating
