Hi Pat, we’ve checked this and can see you let us know about a previous claim. As Insurance is risk based, claims and incidents can affect both the price of your cover and which Underwriters are able to offer cover.
We can see we were able to provide a quote through a different Underwriter, but the price wasn’t suitable and the policy was cancelled. It's a shame we couldn’t help more on this occasion and hope you were able to find suitable cover elsewhere.

Had to start a second quote
I applied for a quote but then when went to buy it said had to put in date 14 days ahead.
Ended up starting a new quote to be able to purchase that same day.

I am a gold member,would not go with anyone else,sometimes it's a nightmare when you have to renew your insurance, loyalty does not count for anything with some of these company's,more than satisfied with the AA,so easy and helpful to transfere.

Claimed to have sent me an ID…
Claimed to have sent me an ID verification letter.
Then received email giving me 48hrs to cancel.
Told them i was away, suggested i cancel the policy to avoid being blacklisted by them and other companies.
Had to leave family on holiday to drive back and supply docs (instead of cancelling and finding other ins.)
