The course went far too long for the amount of information been presented.

The face-to-face training course, excellent instructor Doug provided clear explanations and examples that covered the needs of all students, regardless of their level of knowledge. Great written materials which we get to keep.

Preliminary WHS material, would have been better if students could retain/print a hard copy. I know material changes, but very useful information and links to relevant sections of legislation, etc.

After completing the course I received 2 emails. 1st one stated one of my online modules was not completed and needed to be completed before certificate can be issued. I rang you and was told no, that is not correct and disregard the email. The 2nd email stated that my certificate could not be issued because my student enrolment form was not complete and please go online and complete it. I rang you again and spoke to Neil and again he said I should not have been sent either of those emails and he doesn’t know why they were sent to me.
Neil checked and everything to do with my course is correct, nothing is outstanding and he said my certificate should take maybe a week to be sent out.
That was 10 days ago and I still haven’t received it or any explanation as to why I haven’t got my certificate yet. As you can appreciate I am not impressed with what has happened since completing the course.

I only organised this Course for a volunteer worker & the staff I dealt with were very helpful & polite.

The face to face course was good packed with information, maybe too packed for a senior like me, my head was ready to explode at the end of it, might be an idea to run it over 2 days. Russ Tuff was very enjoyable and quite a character with great sense of humour and stories.
Bit of misshap with the online component but was sorted in the end.

However, we require a physical card for our industry

So will have to go to another company to be retrained and provided with a card

Doug is a great teacher. He took the time to explain everything and not just rush through the day. I struggle reading and writing and Doug made it easier and a more relaxed environment. Thanks DOUG

The training was excellent although the practical side was a little haphazard. Maybe a few tweaks is in order to that element of the training.
Tha follow up support provided after going ‘live’ is outstanding. The folk I addressed my questions with were knowledgeable and patient. Outstanding!

While I have not opened every link those I have give good clear information. The Web site is easy to use.
I rang Melbourne office on Monday I posted my unit up received email saying goods received and will be returned when calibration is complete.
Occasionally I need to get software information and mostly always available to respond with information so I can keep my customers happy.

Instuctor was very informative. only down side was technical issues others had on the course
