1st sales assistant was totally out of his depth, then an older man helped out and was able to confirm the technical spec and price match the battery charger I was after. Overall good experience from a local shop.

Straight up helpful service with honest advice

Great advice on the type of battery I needed for my car. Even though my location is beyond their service area, they helped me navigate my concerns about the car's computer reset. They advised me on how to disconnect the battery so the computer could reset itself; a few days later, the i-stop warning on the dashboard disappeared, and all electronic systems are now fully operational. On top of the expert support, they offered a super competitive price for the Panasonic 'Made in Japan' i-stop battery. Plus, they shipped it the same day! Highly recommended.

Very friendly and quickly to respond to my needs

The staff listened to my concerns about the old OEM battery for an Alfa romeo Giulia Veloce not staying charged enough to keep the stop/start working(which i don't like but it made me worry that other things where not working correctly), so they said they would try a better battery that was not on the list to see if that would work in my car. Also there was a problem with there machine for telling my car I had a new different type of battery. They fixed it the next day and asked me to come in any time to finish the change. My car electrically and engine power feel better then new.

Aaron and the team are amazing. Coincidently all three of our cars have required new batteries this year and they have been there for me every time. Loyalty has paid off as well with the guys assisting with code resets and advice . Highly , highly recommended. Hopefully I don’t have to see them for car batteries for another 5 years or so although they do much more than car batteries and a battery tool or shaver or something with a battery will need looking at soon and I will not hesitate to go back to this place 👍
