What made my experience great was The patience and the simple English that the trainer has and used to explain everything.(English is my 2nd language)

Please provide help...

I completed my test and tag course some weeks ago now and still haven't received my confirmation of completion yet. I would either like my money back or to be sent my letter of completion.

Hi Lachlan,

Thanks for your review. We’ve looked into your course status, as we take all student concerns seriously, and it stood out because we’ve never had a student miss out on receiving a certificate after successfully completing all required components.

You enrolled in the UEESS00174 Skill Set, which includes two separate units. The face-to-face session you attended covered the first unit, but the second unit UEECD0007, needs to be completed online. This online component has been available to you since you booked the course and must be finished before we can issue your Statement of Attainment, as per national training requirements.

Our system shows you’ve accessed the online course four times since receiving the link, and most recently on the same day this review was submitted. Despite this, the required online unit hasn’t been started yet.

Once the online component is completed, your Statement of Attainment will be issued immediately. If you’re unsure how to get started or need a hand, our team is here to support you any time. But just to be clear, we’re not allowed to issue certificates until both parts of the course have been successfully completed.

Highly recommend this test and tag…

Highly recommend this test and tag training course! The content was clear and practical, giving me the confidence to perform testing competently. The instructor, Peter, was exceptionally helpful and made the learning process smooth and effective. A very worthwhile course.

I really enjoyed the session! Mark was super friendly and explained everything clearly. The lunch was great, and everyone on the team was really helpful and nice. As someone with a carpentry background, I didn’t know much about electrical stuff, but this course gave me a good basic understanding. Big thanks to all the team!

Terrible

The service was not as stated on the website and the customer service was awful. The person we had the misfortune to speak with customer service ranged from patronising to hysterical screaming. Won't be recommending to my friends.

A Long day

The course went far too long for the amount of information been presented.

The face-to-face training course

The face-to-face training course, excellent instructor Doug provided clear explanations and examples that covered the needs of all students, regardless of their level of knowledge. Great written materials which we get to keep.

Preliminary WHS material, would have been better if students could retain/print a hard copy. I know material changes, but very useful information and links to relevant sections of legislation, etc.

No Certificate Yet

After completing the course I received 2 emails. 1st one stated one of my online modules was not completed and needed to be completed before certificate can be issued. I rang you and was told no, that is not correct and disregard the email. The 2nd email stated that my certificate could not be issued because my student enrolment form was not complete and please go online and complete it. I rang you again and spoke to Neil and again he said I should not have been sent either of those emails and he doesn’t know why they were sent to me.
Neil checked and everything to do with my course is correct, nothing is outstanding and he said my certificate should take maybe a week to be sent out.
That was 10 days ago and I still haven’t received it or any explanation as to why I haven’t got my certificate yet. As you can appreciate I am not impressed with what has happened since completing the course.

T& Tag review

The face to face course was good packed with information, maybe too packed for a senior like me, my head was ready to explode at the end of it, might be an idea to run it over 2 days. Russ Tuff was very enjoyable and quite a character with great sense of humour and stories.
Bit of misshap with the online component but was sorted in the end.
