Pleasantly Surprised
Firstly, great tracking system via Temu and Evri kept me updated every step of the way. Items were cheap and despatched quickly, arriving 1 week exactly from order which given they came by air was excellent really. Items are just as pictured (2 items of clothing) and this was my first ever order from them so I was slightly anxious. I needn't have worried. They are a good fit and although cheap, they were designed for wear at home tops and will fit the bill nicely. Actually very pleased and better than expected experience.

Neither me nor my friends can find fault with the clothes we bought
I placed several orders for women's clothes totalling about 20 items and have never been disappointed with the price, quality, fit, colour and delivery methods and times.
I have recommended TEMU to several of my friends and they are as happy with their clothes as I am.

Bought a watch and when it arrived the clasp on the strap wouldn't stay fastened and the strap I was unable to adjust the strap length. I reported It I wanted to return it for a refund. I sent it back the following day and they refused a refund saying they hadn't received it soon enough. There's no one to contact to deal with the matter. So I'm left out of pocket. Shoddy shopping site run by a bunch of thieves. I'll never use TEMU again and recommend to all my friends and family and whoever is thinking of buying from TEMU to avoid like the plague.

Quick delivery times, products are good. Clothing on the other hand slightly on the small side. Wife bought her usual size and it was a little small for her, best to order an extra size up.

So far I am very pleased with Temu
So far I am very pleased with Temu. Items are good and arrive in good time. Only problem I have is they offer £100 credit if you share with friends & family which I did but did not get the credit voucher. I tried “ help chat” twice but both times I was 162 in the queue and 158 in the queue which I do not have hours to spare waiting for a reply. Would be happy to get my voucher now I have shared Temu.
