Placed an order for two door wreaths etc..
Placed an order for two door wreaths. One was shocking the flowers were stuck to the leaves it has to be the worst I have ever seen. Tacky and nasty.
The second wreath although not great, but I can add to it and make it better.
4 Christmas cushion covers were fine.
I am really not sure if I would use them again.

Unwanted messages
Unwanted messages! Several times a day I get a push message from Temu. It's usually about something that's almost sold out or a special price ending soon.
Yesterday 1st August I got 8 such messages. Already this morning 11am I have received 3 messages from Temu. I delete them without opening them.
I imagine there's some way of switching them off, but I haven't seen it.
Overall I am happy with the service and the goods provided, but these constant messages are so annoying, I'll probably delete the app from my phone and only look up Temu when I need something.
(Further to my comment of 2 August 2023, I followed suggestion from Temu how to stop these unwanted messages. Seems to be working.)

I have tried various on line shopping, usually when they are cheap the clothing looks cheap and nasty!, but every bit of clothing I have purchased off TEMU have been excellent quality !!, good designs , and very well priced!!!! Hence why I have given them full marks!!!!

The only shopping app I need
I have been purchasing many items over the past few months and can honestly say "This is the only shopping app I need".
Out of all the items I have purchased, I have had only one item faulty (plastic playing cards had one damaged back) and after being asked to submit a photo, I was refunded within minutes. Not sure why so many people moan about delivery times. You have to remember that these goods are being shipped all the way from China, and to be honest, they are pretty quick in my eyes and also consistent. Only had two orders that were a day later than stated, but the gave me the £5 for each order and this was done automatically. I work as an Evri courier and am delivering plenty of Temu parcels to my customers and I am spreading the word to all the others ( got many of them into Temu now). Can't recommend them highly enough.

Two of my first orders were combined
Two of my first orders were combined, although I completed them as separate orders and did not tick add to present order.
A real nuisance as one order was for another person without internet, and a problem to check contents.
Last order was so painfully slow, arriving just a day before the promised £5 refund, and it looks like a current order is being sent at the same slow speed.
On the plus side, a USB memory stick was fake or faulty (not full capacity and dead slow) but that was refunded almost instantly.
I don't see us using them much in the future unless they improve dispatch times.

I have ordered quite a few things now with no issue and been happy with what I got …
All I can say to people is if it looks like it’s a cheap product it probably will be lol

Wouldn't use them or recommend them.
Made two purchases from this company, orders arrived mixed up together and not complete. Unfortunately, I purchased multiple items so had to keep checking off items on each order. There were items missing, and two items were damaged/unusable. Customer Service is hopeless!! They keep advising you a "ticket has been issued" and someone will get back to you - they do, but only to call you a "Valued Customer" and that someone will get back to you, which takes days and doesn't get you anywhere. Because this went on for days, I decided to return everything I received with a note about the missing and faulty items advising that I expected a full refund. Today I received emails advising that three partial refunds had been made, with no explanation why, so yet again I have had to contact them - not that they actually reply to any of the questions you ask. The items I received were very cheap in quality - as an example a bathroom mat literally had no weight to it and moved with just a small window being open. I could say "you get what you pay for" but in this case I didn't even get that!!! Wouldn't use them again. Just want my money back.

Well pleased
This is a update on my previous review, i have worn and washed al the garments and they have all washed very well on 30 wash and need very little pressing. The dress was a little long as i am only 5! 3in but as the weather has been so hot i have used it as a house dress very cool and comfortable, pleased with my purchase's my second order is on the way hope it will be the same.

Cheap and nasty fabric. Picture showed model with a pleated front from neck line ...I got a shift dress that said size 8?? Not an 8 more like a size 12!! Arm holes were down to my elbows!! Never ever will I buy again. Let see what happen when I try to return the 2 dresses I have received??

Haven’t long started ordering from this site ,I have to say I love it ! Ordering is easy (But check sizes of each item ) which is available ,the quality is very good and delivery is relatively fast if they are late delivering you get a £5 compensation , items are creased when they arrive but a quick iron and they are transformed , if you are tall this site delivers long lengths so would be ideal ,I’ve ordered quite a few items and had to shorten as I am only5’2” but this is not an issue …❤️❤️❤️ would highly recommend giving this site ago …I am glad I have

Placed 1st order wondering if this was going to be a mistake but order arrived kept up to date from start on progress. Very happy with purchases and now waiting for 3nd order to arrive. Always arrived before due date Temu is really fast in packing and dispatching orders. Have not had any problems at all, good quality, amazing prices, cannot comment on returning anything as so far had no need. Have found items on Temu that I had paid a lot more for on another well known site. Would not hesitate to recommend and have done so.
