This is a scam I did not receive my whole order and they refused to replace or refund it so don’t use these

Item was badly damaged and looked worn. I have now been refunded for the item. After reading reviews I have to say I was surprised that I did not have to return the damaged item.

As you took my last review down because I couldn't be bothered verifying to temu I'm putting the warning out again for the interests of consumers. I'm still getting loads of phishing because temu give out your details.
They pass your details on and all you get is phishing. So beware.
And Trustpilot ...you should allow warnings as people are getting scammed! I trusted you once but not
so much now because you take genuine warnings down. I don't need to justify myself to a scam. I have used you for years and never lied good or bad. Mainly good, but you need to be on the ball with these scams and not make the customer feel like a liar.
Noticeably you allow numerous 5 star reviews, which anyone can see the wording of many of these are obvious fakes.

I'm kind of surprised they have such a low rating. I've been buying from the application I downloaded and haven't had any problems. And I mean big orders. The shipping takes like a week and a half maybe less. Everything is good quality and whenever I had a problem they were quick to help me. Their prices are very good too. I love you Temu!

the 3 boxes with red bows that was only 1 small one i got as i said ear rings that the butter fly do not fit ,lights that the snow flake ka lot of money for rubbish could i have a refund please eeps falling off .

I love it! Everything I've ever ordered and I have ordered lots always arrived very quickly usually about 4 or 5 days. Ok style things maybe a little cheaply made but come on at the knockdown prices!!! So many little gadgets I've never seen before.. I ❤️ it. Thanks Temu, I and it's i have had an issue it's a refund immediately. Been buying for months. Every month sometimes more than once.

Firstly, my delivery came quite quickly so I ordered more stuff. Then I received an email from the carrier saying they'd tried to deliver but I wasn't at home. They quoted my tracking details and order number so I thought it was legit. They asked me to pay a nominal amount to pick my delivery day which I did. Two days later I was contacted by my bank over a fraudulent number of transactions. Don't use this company, how they managed to let my details " slip out" is a mystery.

Wow cheap cheap.. puts UK retailers to shame.... If you have a problem, refund without quibble... .... Offers however useless

the ipad pro case (which fits)! but has scratches on right lower cover the palo incense actually caused me to gag why this is sold is beyond reason! trying to phone Temu is a useless thing the chat asks me for photo I do not know how to send photo on ipad or my iphone As a 74 year old senior I wish only to reach Temu! Subsequent orders i did not bother to alert them to another damaged delivery! So I've used temu twice,

First for Halloween decorations and my son's Halloween costume. The decorations were cheap and yes they look a little cheap. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of my son's fire fighter costume.

I think people need to approach Temu like an online pound shop. Everything is really cheap and the quality may be a little hit or miss. So I would simply adjust your expectations accordingly.

But I really do love this website for cheap children's toys, arts and crafts and cleaning products.

I'll certainly be returning to Temu again. ❤️

A poster I ordered for £8 was missing from the package . I was rudely told that it was sent ! I said it definitely is not in this parcel ! They refused to refund me . Even though I did not receive it. Disgusting service .

* No one cares/read the review addressing the problems with the company: Temu bot automatically sends out this response to all reviews, 1 to 5 stars, a grossly untruthful statement, with no intention of making any correction at all, or resolving particular issues from customer complaints! "Thank you so much for your review. Temu is an online marketplace that offers quality merchandise from the world's top suppliers and brands (untruthful: Temu only sells made from china merchandise from China, unless China is claiming something else! There are no mid-range price points from any Western brands, US or EU, or other Southeast Asian countries, made products such as DKNY, Hanes, Fruits of the Loom, Calvin Klein... all of whose have China production & distribution chains), "curate quality products"(untruthful: deceptive listings practice, hides critical/relevant merchandise specs from customers, FACT: received 2 cloth shower back scrubbers which was listed as "made from natural loofah" squash fiber!), "...message us on our Temu.com or Temu app live chat. Best wishes, Temu Team" (untruthful: "Live chat" is an automated bot, only responding to keywords not conversing with customers to resolve issues). It took 32 minutes getting through loops to get to a live operator to say, "You can return it" - she didn't bother to look for the information needed, didn't know what the item was, and had no interest in finding out what it was/is! People don't order things online to wait time to "return it." We're short on time, hence the online shopping, hello, hello, anyone home in Temu!? This warrants the "Sub-Zero."
* Temu used a tactic to eliminate negative ratings by requiring customers to give additional information within two days or the low/negative rating would be removed! The critical "additional info" Temu required are the customer's full name, phone, and reference no.! Working people, are already pissed/ frustrated with poor services, and annoying sales practices, and more likely don't have the time to respond to the nuisance, so the negative reviews are discarded!
* Scams: Temu removed items from the cart: "sold out" gives the option of similar items, but blocks customers from seeing what it is that was removed from the cart! I found the exact same item from the exact seller but a different listing with a 30% higher price, with 13 available. Other sites also practice this; however, they aren't so blunt!
* Scam: last order received, 102 trinkets/kid party gifts kinds of stuff, things viewed were added to my cart without my consent. At checkout, I deleted/removed them from the cart, triple checked making sure they were gone before paying. Well, just check on shipping, they were back in the order! Waiting an hour calling Temu for this annoyance!? Under $2 USD each, it's still very annoying. Will return once receive them, but someone is betting that I'll forget all about it/them! This "increase sale ticket at all cost" tactic warrants the "Sub-Zero."
* Don't be discouraged. Plenty of cheap trinkets will save a ton from Amazon and eBay; however, beware of the trickery.
* TP only allows business accounts to add product photos. Wish this policy would include all consumers, not only those paid by product makers to post only high ratings.

Do not join warning they are scammers and these reviews are paid reviews, these scammers took money from my bank without my knowledge for items I already returned and they are lying saying the items weren't returned they are scammers all items are not like pictures and are poor thin quality be careful.

Bad experience
I purchased many times from temu and didn't had any problem until recently. I had ordered items of huge amount and the app says it's been delivered when clearly I didn't receive the package. Customer support was not useful and she told that reshipment or refund is not possible. After this I don't recommend temu

I order to Ireland Lego toy’s quality of course not perfect but for that price could be better. Delivered in one week was in time what’s promised.

Trustpilot is useless and keeps on removing this genuine review but allows 5* fake reviews with promotional codes.

Got my first order everything good placed 2 more orders at this stage I would recommend the company to anyone , not had a problem so don’t know how good they are at dealing with problems but so far thank you

The company has evidence my package was ripped 1 jumper missing and one soap despenser bottom cap missing this cap is important because it stops the water getting in.
