Finally a good outcome with promising review of safety.
After the discovery of the razor blade I finally got a long, intelligent and promising message, and am satisfied that tis has been taken very seriously. It is clear tat the issue has been taken up for a full review and I am now satisfied that the safety of both the warehouse staff, and customers, is being looked at with the intention of reviewing safety standards. I am happy to close the case, but have been assured that there will be a follow up of the review sent to me. Well done Temu - just a shame it took several days of my insistance to get this far.

I just love this company. I have ordered a ton of stuff from them and love everything. When I had a return I used their prepaid label and received my refund quickly. I will be ordering from them again and again.

Extremely low end products
On the positive side the Customer Service seems reasonable and responsive. That is it for the good, at least for me. My initial order with Temu was for 17 cheaper items to see what it was about. Everything was extremely low end stuff, even for Chinese made products. More than 1/2 the items either broke after 1-2 uses, were not good enough to do what they were bought for or were so laughable. I ended up throwing most of the stuff in the trash except 5 items that I will grudgingly use. It was not worth sending it back. On 7/5/23 I was just dumb enough to try again. I got the order and it was the same story with different percentages. It was 15 items, only 3 in the trash (so far) but once again all extremely low quality. I thought this would be a less expensive Amazon type deal but it is even lower quality than that. I will not waste anymore of my time with these products or company. 7/28/23 Update: Temu asked me for more information (in case I am mistaken?, IDK) which reminded me of another interesting tidbit of Temu information. On every item in the Review section the reviews are separated into various categories relating to the product. Interestingly enough, despite the fact everything on Temu seems to have 4+ star ratings, all the negative (non-positive) reviews are not shown. You need to open a drop down list by the other review categories to actually see the non positive reviews. I discovered this between the 2 orders. Maybe that is why the 2nd order was not as bad as the 1st because I deleted items before I ordered based on the poor reviews.

Wrong size shoes received
Wrong size shoes received, they make excuse after excuse. Just send the correct size. They say I ordered a Chinese size 5 which is a 36. So why did I received one pair of shoes UK size 5 which is a 38 & the other size 36. Just admit and apologise. It's only a pair of shoes. Refund and send the correct size. Digging a deeper hole! Fast delivery, good quality, diabolical customer service!
