Fast, reliable and cheap
A very easy website to navigate. No need to call for a quote - do it all online.
Pick up time was in 20minutes from placing the order.
Could visibilt track the courier on an interactive map.
Much cheaper than any other same day London courier I looked at.

They overbooked my time
They overbooked my time. I booked for an hour, between 1pm to 2pm. They have arrived 20 mins before and had another customer at 1:15. So I had to ask for my rights to keep an hour booking. Still, they left way before my booking time.

The parameters of the service doesn't include a booking of a selected time rather a direct delivery. With that said, we've offered to refund you for the delivery as a gesture of goodwill.
