Same as everyone else, ordered, no order received, emailed & they said they will refund, no refund, so another email. They said contact bank to get a chargeback. I contacted Revolut yesterday to sort. I sent everything to them do just waiting for Revolut to authorise

Same as everyone else complete scam!
What's getting me is they are replying to my emails advising its out of their hands suggesting I contact my bank if I'm not prepared to wait.....talk about bare faced scamming.
Don't use this company

Rip off. It's a scam. Saying they can't send the order and can't refund due to some rubbish.
Just thrown away £60. They should be held accountable

As with others, bought sandals online, no sign, contacted swelly.eu at the start of April and this was the response.

I am very sorry - We have been advised of a huge issue between the logistic team, accounting and the company that handled transactions.

Some orders will therefore not be delivered at all and will be automatically refunded from around the 26/04/2023. I am so sorry as this is totally outside our control and strongly impacting the company's goal and future.
I just verified and can confirm unfortunately that your order is impacted.

You can therefore expect not to receive the parcel but a full refund around the end of April.

We would like to apologise deeply for the inconvenience and to thank you for your understanding,

Im not holding out much hope of getting a refund. I'll get in touch with my bank.

Placed and paid for shoes, still not received them

-100 if possible. Absolute liars and scammers. Ordered items off Tik Tok so they should be made aware. Website now unobtainable but will return under another name. My bank is now trying to get my refund, as I received nothing.

Wish I saw this review before I ordered. Found them on Instagram really dissatisfied and other items I have purchased off other companies on IG were great.

And Shop app cannot find tracking order as it has all my other purchases. Enlisting help of my credit card to get my money back.

It’s a big ZERO do not order from this crappy company I eventually got the shoes nothing like advertised shocking material and they do not give refunds AVOID SWELLY

Looks like I am another victim of the same scam. Don’t expect to see the sandals or my money again. Exactly the same experience as everyone else on here.

Just like everyone else I ordered on the 26.3.23 and a few days later received confirmation my goods are ready to dispatch, but no updates received since. There web chat doesn't load and there's no response from using there on-line form. Really wish I had read the trust pilot reviews for myself instead of believing the 5 star trust pilot reviews they advertise

Pity I couldn’t Select ZERO stars in this .. I have also been scammed by this so called company . DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them !!!!

I wish I had checked reviews first. Normally do that but took a stupid risk this time. Ordered a pair of sandals in March and got confirmation that delivery was on the way with 5-10 business days as an estimated delivery time. More than a week over this given estimate now with no further updates. Emailed the site but after reading all the previous reviews here, I am not hopeful and will probably have to write this off as a learning experience.

I have been done as well!!! I usually check reviews and for some stupid reason, I didn't!! so cross with myself...got to wait until end of April for my refund...been waiting for the order for about 3 weeks....furious, have emailed them but after reading the reviews on here..not holding out a lot of hope!

Ordered mid March 23 received nothing, their 5-8 days is a load of rubbish - I have emailed several times and received no reply, wish I had never ordered now, I have requested a refund but not heard anything.

Placed order a month ago, nothing received. Emailed but had no reply. I wish I had read reviews first. If I don't get a reply or refund, my next step will be trading standards. Absolutely despicable company. I cannot afford to just lose money like this!

Same as other reviews. Paid for the sandals early March. Heard back from them at the end of March, saying they could not deliver and I would get a refund by the end of April. That means they have kept my money for nearly two months. If the interest rate wasn’t so bad, I would think it was a scam!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Order placed, no goods received, emailed them and received the same sort of email as others on here..... Will have to get my money back from my card 😒

Don't buy from this site. Placed order, heard nothing and when I contacted them was told my order can't be fulfilled and I'll receive a refund a moth after I've placed the order...and I'm still waiting. Awful
