Absolutely DO not use this company as they will not deliver on time then they will not allow you to return items because they will not respond after several emails and there is no return address!!

Do not buy anything from this Company. They are totally unreliable, will take your money and not deliver your order. Then promise to reimburse you then don’t.

Agree with the other comments on here. Took the cash, i had to chase for the goods and never received, telling me to go to my bank. It wasn't a fortune but its the principle

Same as everyone else, total scam. Ordered 2 items, told couldn't deliver due to circumstances beyond their control. And told take up refund with my bank!! As others say lesson learned. Do not use this company for anything.

Scam! Goods not received promised a refund then got some crap about a problem with the company they use and unable to process refund need to raise with my bank! Lesson learned check out reviews of the company first 😡

Same issue money taken and will not refund … will not correspond just advised me to take a dispute out with my bank … no goods and company has had money for over two months

My order never arrived. And I have have not received a refund now they say I have to dispute it with my bank!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Same story as the other reviews preceding mine. Bought via instagram & no delivery. Chased them twice & they just fobbed me off. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank who have credited me account with the money while they attempt to contact the company.

I too was scammed. Expensive trousers for my daughter ordered 13th February. It is now 5th may.
They send out emails telling you there's a baglog and they will be with you soon.
This will never happen as they are not a proper company. Save your money!

Like an idiot, I didn't verify the company first and ordered some sandals for my holiday from this company. Absolute scam. Was told I would receive a full refund at the end of April, and when it didn't come, was told to take it up with the bank. Stealing, lying cheats.

I would rate this company with no stars! Its a scam. Do not buy from these people. They take your money and give you a run around of a shipment not delivering the goods.

Absolutely furious. Ordered via a Facebook ad which seemed genuine. They took my money but I’ve not received my shoes 6+ weeks later. No response to my emails and their website has now been closed down.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 25 March. Received same email saying order cannot be fulfilled, refunds issued 26 April onwards. Still no refund. Contacting my bank and Trading Standards next.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! I ordered an item two months ago and when it didn’t arrive, I emailed to ask what was happening. They said they couldn’t send as they had no stock and they would refund my money. That refund was due two weeks ago and now they say I have to make a claim with my bank! This is not good enough and I will report to trading standards. Swells are NOT a company that I recommend or would ever consider using again.

Looks like I've been caught just like everyone else. Shoes ordered March 21st not arrived. Not responded to emails or messages. Please don't get caught by this company people. Hopefully I can get a refund via my credit card. Livid!
