Total scammers - just as everyone before me has said. They have no customer service other than an email address and just stop replying after a while; they use all sorts of excuses and reasons about delays, refunds etc in the hope you will just go away.
They should not be allowed to trade - look at the the reviews? How can we get this done?

I also have been scammed. A bunch of cowboys and I hope they get closed down. It stated full refunds. Toyed with for 8 weeks to be told no refund. May karma get you from scamming people with your rubbish shoes

I have also been sadly scammed by this company. The trainers were tiny, not the right size at all. Worse of all I have been toyed with for weeks with the promise of a refund on return, just to be let down after weeks of correspondence. So frustrated. If so many people is unhappy and scammed, what can we do to make them pay for their appalling behaviour?

Ordered a pair of shoes in my regular size which came up too small. Despite them stating 'EASY RETURNS' and me spending weeks contacting customer service I have not been able to return them for a refund. Do not use this company. If I could give zero stars I would

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Awful trainers, the sizing is completely off, they should be a 7 but come up like a 5. When I asked to exchange or return they said no because I got what I ordered… Took weeks to get back to me. Total SCAM, worst company I have ever ordered from. AVOID bloom4lady.com AT ALL COSTS

And I firstly couldn’t get hold of the customer services email but after trial and error I tried to get a return address but they won’t give me one and have now said they will not let me return them or get a refund. I am disgusted. They should be closed down. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I wouldn't have even rated a one star but wouldn't let me proceed without.

Don't touch this company. Ordered through Bloom. Wrong size sent, no acknowledgement to emails for weeks then some contact asking for photos of size nothing since. Saw this and on Facebook so contacting them about advertising and will get refund through my bank

Ordered sandles and they never arrived and they refused to give me a refund, absolute sham of company, don't go near!

Ordered size 39 - when they arrived (over 2 weeks late) they did say 39 but were way too small - fitted like a 37.
Lots of ignored emails then they tell me because they 'say 39, they are the right size' so I'm not entitled to a refund.
Got my money back by my bank.

It’s a scam, do not touch with a barge pole. Shoes sent were wrong size and they are basically calling me a liar.

Absolutely disgusting business and behaviour. Emails ignored, no refund given I wish I had read reviews before I purchased anything. Don’t know how they can get away with this. I will never buy from them again

I have 2 issues. I ordered a pair of shoes that was delivered but fell apart after 3 weeks. They promised me a refund. I am still waiting!
The second is an order I placed that was never delivered. I did get a mail to say if I did not receive the order by the end of July to let them know for a refund. I am still waiting. This company is a scam I a sure. Never order anything from them or from the company Bloom! That’s the site I ordered from

I ordered shoes in March. Got an email in April that they can't send the shoes and I will get a refund. Until now, no refund.

Am awaiting a refund from Swelly since March. They could not complete my order? Do not use this company. If anyone has contact numbers or emails that may help me please let me know.

This company also trades under the name Bloom. Do not buy from them. They provide substandard goods, not matching the description and in my case, not even the right size, and then, if they give a response to emails, tell you that they are fine, the right size really (?) and they don't refund on promotional goods. As they hide their location very well, your only possible action is to try to get a refund through your card provider.

Do not buy from swelly Europe. Happy to take your money but when goods don’t arrive they make excuses

In any case, we recommend that you contact your bank and ask for a chargeback immediately as a warranty”

It’s now July and no refund.

What a con !!!

Ordered a pair of "orthopaedic leather sandals" which when they arrived weeks later were NOT leather or as described. In fact they were of the cheapest quality and not fit for purpose. I e-mailed the company asking how i could send them back and was told i could keep them and they would credit me $10.00!
Not happy with this i asked for a full refund and was given return instructions but had to pay the shipping costs £15!!. To date i have still not received ANY refund although they told me they had received the shoes back and that their "accounts dept" will be in touch. That was 6 weeks ago! This company needs exposing. Do not buy from them.
