I am very sorry - We have been advised of a huge issue between the logistic team, accounting and the company that handled transactions.

Some orders will therefore not be delivered at all and will be automatically refunded from around the 26/04/2023. I am so sorry as this is totally outside our control and strongly impacting the company's goal and future.
I just verified and can confirm unfortunately that your order is impacted.

You can therefore expect not to receive the parcel but a full refund around the end of April

Should not be allowed to trade.
Followed up my delivery as I hadnt received it or heard anything. Eventually got a reply saying they couldn't deliver and my order had to be cancelled due to internal problems or some such garbage!!
Don't think I've got a hope in hell of getting a refund.
Would recommend nobody orders from this company.

Same situation as many have already mentioned. Order placed mid March, no shipping confirmation, chased up for them to say due to demand there’ll be a delay. Chased up again to be told I won’t receive my order and I will get an automatic refund at the end of April. Advised to contact my card company if I want it earlier.
Their email makes out another company is involved, who will arrange the refund, so I’m now wondering if there has been a GDPR breach.
Really annoying that they’re claiming almost 5 star reviews on Trustpilot when clearly that’s false information.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. Quick to take money, but not to send order confirmation, and when I contacted them they blamed a technical glitch without asking for any information. I'm a bit worried about my order turning up now.

Terrible ! order can not be fulfilled yet only told this when i communicated with them ! Refund cannot be done for 6 weeks . When questioned about this was told to do a charge back ! i cannot get my money back even though they have no product ? Terrible service . DO NOT ORDER !

Trousers took weeks to arrive. When they finally arrived I was shocked at the poor quality, poor sizing (supposed size 16 but more like a size 8) and poor packaging. The returns process is horrendous, even though the site is supposedly in the UK the trousers have to be returned to someone called Jean in the USA!!! £21 postage to send them back!!!! After many emails trying to sort this I am no further on and have decided to cut my losses and accept the fact that I have been scammed. Do not buy from here.

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers on the 20th Feb got them 20th March. I should be happy at least I got them but believe me when I say the trousers I got were not the trousers I ordered. I ordered a UK 20 I upsized the size I got was like a UK 10. God only knows what they are made of but if by some chance you do like them I would urge you not to stand to near a heat source......they may melt😔

Ordered item over a month ago, no response, no tracking info, no item - AVOID

I ordered 3 items 06/02 and to date I have still not received them.

5 weeks on and still not delivered , emails sent, same response .. order is with courier and can take up to 10 days !!! I doubt that my order has even been processed and I doubt it ever will.
Will never ever order from this company again and would encourage others to avoid.

Really badly made, sizing so far off, horrible cheap material, bought from the TikTok shop but nothing about these trousers are anywhere near what is advertised! Return only to USA despite trading as European! So I’ve cut my loses and just accepted it’s a Scam!

Terrible product. Trousers look nothing like TikTok posts. Horrible material, sizing wrong. Return address in US at your own cost so not feasible as costs same as trousers. I complained and was brushed off so have lost £29.

Terrible. Still waiting for order nearly 4 weeks on. Asked for refund they said been despatched will arrive within 10 days if still want refund apply on day of receipt. Do not order from this company!!!!

If I could i would give this 0 stars. Do not buy from this company. On their site it is showing as trust pilot reviews nearly 5 stars, rubbish !! Product sub standard material rubbish sizing wrong. Return address is a po box in America which would cost me £25 for returns and no guarantee of getting my money back. Writing it off as a bad mistake . Will never order from Swelly again or through Tik Toc shop. I lost £53.80 gutted but lesson learnt.

Avoid. Horrible quality, about 12 inches too short and no realistic way of getting a refund. Despite operating under the guise of a European company, returns have to be made to an address in the USA. They cannot tell me why. I highly suspect that even if I were to reruns the order I wouldn’t get a refund and so it would be good money after bad. I think that’s what the are betting on.
