Bad shipping, bad service
I ordered 2 and a half weeks before I was moving, thinking that I had some buffer time between the 7-10 days they expected for shipping.
When I got notification from FedEx that the shipment was going to come after I was set to vacate my apartment, I tried to change the delivery address to my new apartment, but was told only the seller can can do it. When I emailed Suitreview (twice) to request they make the change, they never responded, so I currently do not have the suit jacket that I purchased.

I ordered a suit I have always wanted from SuitSupply but couldn’t afford it. Suitreview honestly gave the best deal ever, it was free shipping and it was honestly everything I was looking for. Trust me I’m not sponsored, I just wanted to show gratitude 👍🏽
Lack of Follow-Through on Resolution
I am giving this review 2 stars due to concerns with customer service and follow-up. I initially purchased a blazer, and although the payment was processed immediately, I was only notified two weeks later that my size was no longer available.
After reaching out, I was offered a resolution to receive a larger size with the understanding that tailoring costs at SuitSupply would be reimbursed, since the issue stemmed from the company’s inventory error. While I appreciated the proposed solution, I have since followed up via email and have not received any response regarding the credit or next steps.
Overall, the lack of timely communication and follow-through has been disappointing. I hope the company improves its inventory accuracy and customer support processes moving forward.

Been waiting for over 8 weeks for a suit. I have contacted them through multiple avenues and they have been unresponsive.
late respond, bad suggestion on sizes
not very happy about how they managed the entire situation. I order suits from Suitsupply all the time, so I tried suitreview, chatting I sent the size that I usually order from suitsupply, I trust them and order a 42, but when I received it and was extremely short. I so requested to return it... I am still waiting for the shipping label
Honest Review: It's really, really good.
Let me tell you, I'm so happy I found Suitreview. I've had a challenging time with sizing, and the suits from suitreview have fit so perfectly I barely need any tailoring. The fabrics are great and the price is even better. They feel like a combination of Brunello Cucinelli meets SuitSupply meets that perfect relaxed italian shoulder for a fraction of the price. You'll be happy you purchased.
Good Suits, Very Poor Customer Service!
I ordered two suits—one that was in stock and another that was made to order. I waited the stated four weeks, but nothing arrived. Eventually, the in‑stock suit was delivered, but after more than six weeks, the made‑to‑order suit never showed up.I reached out for an update and received no response. I then called and left a voicemail, again with no reply. As my wedding date approached, I was forced to purchase a backup suit that was listed as “available.” At that point, I emailed again requesting an update and/or a discount, given that I had been waiting over six weeks for the original made‑to‑order suit.To SuitReview’s credit, they did provide a discount on the last suit I ordered and refunded my money. However, I was never informed that the made‑to‑order suit would not be delivered, nor did I receive any apology for the lack of communication or the excessive delay.Waiting over six weeks with no communication despite multiple attempts to contact them is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I am a returning customer, but after this experience, I doubt I will order from this site again.
Perfect experience
Fast delivery (less than one week) and perfect quality (same as a brand new SuitSupply suit). Should you have any question regarding the size they will answer you very promptly on instagram or by mail. Thank you!
Do better
I want to start off by saying I love suit review. Their suits, typically, are made well and materials are pretty nice. I have even recommended this company to a friend of mine and we both have bought multiple suits from suit review. But we both have had similar experiences.
I’m leaving a one star review because of just how bad the customer service is.
The most recent suit I ordered was quite the hassle to get my hands on. I bought the suit and typically it takes a month even if they claim the suit is in stock even though their website says delivery time is 7-14 days. I ended up waiting 2 months for this suit. In between this time I emailed suit review a handful of times to try and figure out where my suit was or just to have any update on it. Mind you this was a suit that was claimed to be in stock and says it’s a 7-14 day delivery time. After emailing from two separate emails I finally got a response back. When I got a response it was from who is supposed to be the owner of suit review and I was told that he would be “personally over looking my delivery.” Okay cool I guess. 2 weeks later I get an email saying that my suit was lost in transit by another person that I emailed from my second email account. At this point I’m so frustrated, mind you this was during the time when tariffs were being increased with new regulations. Even after this was explained to me when my suit was lost I was priority shipped another one. I love suit review but I don’t love the customer service.
