Appalling breach of security
Appalling breach of security . 40 units broken into and very poor follow up communication . Precious family items stolen. No real clear plan given or updates from the company . Onsite staff were really great in the induction process but are clearly woefully understaffed . A terrible experience unfortunately made worse by no real concrete follow up plans to mediate the situation

Should have got a unit years ago!
It was so easy to walk in, view a unit and sign up straight away. All questions were answered honestly and the staff were super friendly. I like that the terms are clear and easy to move out if necessary. I wish I'd got a storage unit years ago, it's so affordable and good knowing your things are in a safe dry place.
