Went into Save Barn to purchase some trailer springs that they were advertising. I wanted 4 because I have a tandem trailer and was told only two were available. I asked the staff member if there were any more at different stores and was told no and there wouldn’t be any more until mid March!!
The following day I purchased another 2 springs on the Save Barn trademe page!!!🤔
I hate being lied to!!
We went here to buy a grill. All it showed on the website was a photo. We went to go buy it, and they didn't even have a display for it. So we went along to buy it and went to another store to buy other stuff. There, we found a similar product that was larger and had higher quality. So we bought that one and decided to return the one we bought at Save Barn.
When we got there, the person on the till was wearing a mask. We couldn't hear him properly, and he was generally a bit rude. We had only bought the grill for 1 HOUR, unused and unopened, and they said they wouldn't refund because it was a "change of mind."

I ordered 6 each interior green rubber backed mats online from SaveBarn on 18th December, 2024. What SaveBarn sent me were 6 each black industrial outside quality rubber mats.I was unable to personally return these items back to SaveBarn in Auckland, so I couriered the mats back to Auckland SaveBarn, - while they refunded the original cost of the mats, they have refused point blank to refund the NZ Post Courier charge back to me of $62.50. This was advertising deception on the part of SaveBarn, - it was their mistakes, - all at my cost.
