Excellent value products, outstanding customer service.
Starlight beds was a great find for me. They are brilliant!
The products are good, prices are low and their customer service is outstanding. I needed an uncommon single mattress size and, not only did I get to speak to a real person on the phone within 30 seconds of calling, but Megan was extremely helpful and then sent me an email with a list of links to all the products matching my requirements 3 minutes later.
The mattress arrived within 3 working days and I was given a one hour delivery window (which they adhered to), with the option of choosing an alternative. Wow to all of that!
The reflex foam and memory foam mattress is perfect for where we need it. It's not Tempur (which would be literally 10 times more expensive) but is very comfortable and comes with a removable, washable cover.
I cannot rate this company highly enough.
