Had such a good experience (Natalie I tjink) when ordering, but after first not receiving a mattress and now coming to build, have found the quality of the bed is poor and I've been sent the wrong parts, so can't even install properly.
My daughter remains without a bed and I'm getting zero response from customer service. I have called in excess of 25 times today.
If the bed was constructed properly it has potential. I will change the review subject to this being resolved urgently.
Hated the bed, wasn’t comfortable at all - spring mattresss… since I opened packaging, to check I couldn’t get a refund.

Tried to speak to customer service several times to cancel my order and just got ignored.
Would NOT recommend
the mattresses ordered are brilliant and they came really quickly, just what I needed for my granddaughters. If I had one criticisms it is that BabyFair did not let us know that the mattresses were in transit first we knew was when delivery company e-mailed to say they were being delivered that day.
If I could leave minus 5 stars, I would.
Absolutely disgusting place, mattress arrived with two bugs in and smelt like what I can only describe as curry powder.

Don't even get me started on the bed! Arrived dirty with holes in like it had been used and put back into warehouse.
The bed itself does not feel safe when built and when I have reported the issues customer service have just said they'll send it to management for review and done NOTHING

The mattress stinks off curry, still does a month later. And there is barley anything between the top of the mattress and the floor. If you stabd or lie on it, you are literally touching the floor
Was a shame it ended the way it did…. I ordered a bed for my 3 year old. Quick delivery, bed beautiful but what threw me off was the email I received from the company a few weeks later asking if I let a review that they would send my son out a gift. Not to sound snobbish, if I’m paying £600 for a bed frame, I'm not short to buy my son a toy ect. The thought was nice & indeed I left a review but What they don’t do is, is send the gift out! I would have easily left a positive review WITHOUT being prompted or promised a free gift but this, I don’t like that sort of behaviour. There may be parents waiting for that treat for their child!

I would avoid this company , i ordered bunk bed for my son. After two weeks There was no update on what’s going on ,so i emailed them i was advised that the bed is in production and it will take 14 days, after 18days i emailed them again and was told that this bed is now out of stock not longer in production. Guess what you can still purchased it on their website ….
Purchased a double mattress and it was good for a day or two, until there was a permanent dent in the mattress that wouldn’t fix, and it messed up my neck and back. Not just that, but instead of double, I was sent a king size. Literally had to cut the edges off. And they still won’t do anything about it even though they delivered the wrong item. Worst place to purchase a mattress, better off paying more for a better ourfome.

I purchased a double mattress on opening the mattress straight away you could see was of poor quality. I left it to open over night. It’s is so bad you can see the springs , corners not expanding, dips all round the sides & stitching undone .
I complained on 20/3 , they have gone out there way to make this process as difficult as possible, from not being able to view the photos , viewing the photos and saying it looks fine ,that alone is a joke & was the undone stitching like that when I got it , it’s brand new . I have challenged this every time they have emailed.
They asked me if I was happy of getting rid of the mattress myself , I said I would, thinking I was getting somewhere with my compliant.
Not the case , I then get an email from Wink sleep asking me to send them pictures, I replied and said no , I have already sent the pictures , they never responded .
I went back to Baby fair to remind them my contract was with them the money was paid to them not the supplier , that was for them to sort. They said the supplier needed to check the photos before things could move forward.
I have continued to chase daily saying I was frustrated & just want this resolved & no way to treat your customers.
Today 2/4/26 they have agreed to a partial refund , if I keep a mattress that is absolutely rubbish or I can return it for a FULL refund.
Fabulous we are getting somewhere, I pointed out I could not return in the original packaging as it came in a box compressed at packing but I would put it in the plastic bag that has only been opened at one end which I will close with wide packing sellotape.
They have now said They can’t start the return until I send a picture of the mattress in the bag and refuse to do so. What difference does that make , I said have a bit of faith in your customer who wants to return faulty goods.

I am totally lost for words that this company has done everything to delay this compliant / accountably and are still doing so . It’s not like this is a small item taking up space in my house, I just want it returned. Please just start the return and stop being so disrespectful to your customer.
I have no doubt once returned they will delay paying the refund and will cause me further stress having to chase this.
I received a mattress that didn’t match description, faulty and not fit for purpose , the sale of goods act is quite clear on this.
I want reassurance that the mattress will be collected quickly and once back a refund will be processed on receipt.
Poor customer service and quality.
Update 8/4 I have now sent a photo of the mattress in the bag, they have now said it still can’t be returned until I roll it up , they have to be joking how do they expect me to roll up a double mattress . It was agreed at the start of the return you will see higher up in the this review all I hadto do was bag it .
I am so angry that they continue to move the goal post and are treating me like this just to put me off returning it.
9/4 still not accepting my return & have escalated to the top to resolve, which is what they told me when I very first complained.
I’ve heard nothing since then.
The worst company I have ever dealt with.
The item I ordered came well within the stated timescales, delivery was as expected, I followed the instructions on the website and everything was great love my new mattress
Great selection of children’s beds at decent prices. Ordering was simple and delivery was quick (1 week). My daughter loves her new bed. The quality is great and the mattress is comfortable for her. Would definitely recommend Babyfair.

After having a few problems with my bed I ordered for my Grandson, bolts visible on the corners that i thought could cause injury. After reaching out to Natalie she escalated it to senior management. Senior management took the time to listen and sent someone out to rectify the problem. They also sent an upgraded mattress, with a really special touch, a gift for my Grandson. Thank you to the team and senior management for stepping up and going above and beyond.
