Delivery driver lies about package being undeliverable due to ‘incorrect address’ - I confirmed it was correct - and ‘inaccessible’ address.
I got a package from them earlier in the same day yesterday. Now one of their drivers decided to lie and declare my address ‘incorrect and inaccessible’
This business is a scam and needs to be sued out of existence and shut down.
There’s no customer service number or email, just a sycophantic Ai chat bot that will talk in circles with empty words.
AVOID USE IF YOU CAN
I will be starting the complaint process with the police and my local consumer protection to prosecute the company and employee for fraud. I suggest others do the same.

Parcel tracking showed it hadn't moved since arriving at Bankstown weeks earlier.
Trying to get support is only available via chatbot, no email or phone contact available. Bot chained I would get status updates but that never happened.
Some days after another chatbot interaction I eventually got a "human" to email me, but it was useless as all they would tell me was, sorry, don't know where it is...
It's your one damn job, deliver parcels and track them along the way and they can't even do that.

Deserves less than 1 star!! At this point in my experience i'm going on over a week of run around trying to get my package. Speedx claims that my delivery address is wrong, however, the address they say is on my package IS MY ADDRESS! I have lived here for 23+ years and have never had any issue receiving packages. After being told to contact customer service (which I will use the term lightly), I was instructed to use a chatbot. This chatbot apologizes over and over and instructs you to contact a live agent, but guess what THERE ARE NONE. I tried for 4 days in a row, asking for a live agent at least 3 times per hour, and each time was told there are none available. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. It asks for your email and says "someone" will contact you. I only received a generic "we thank you for your patience" and "so sorry for the inconvenience" email after being given 11 ticket numbers for my concern to escalate. I still don't have my package, tracking this morning said it would be delivered today, only to have it change to tomorrow within an hour. I'm not confident I will receive anything at this point. The lost/'undeliverable' package is not even my top concern but rather the run around, the lack of customer service and the complete nonsense they feed the customer to try and appease an angry customer just trying to get non-existent answers. The chat bot consistently offers to connect you with a live agent, only to be told there are none available. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam to steal packages or somehow work as a cover for some other fraud, because delivering packages in the time frame you are given is not a priority or something they care about. When I look at the tracking now, I'm on my 6th different date of arrival.

the guy took a picture as if the package was delivred. he never knocked or rung the bell and we were all home he took it ! i am sure of that ! no help from the carrier at all this is the worse experience ever ! avoid this company i wish i can give them zero stars !!!

If you'd like your package left in the middle of the driveway in the middle of a rain storm, SpeedX is the way to go. Just wish I could leave less-than 1 star.

Horrible!!!! Why does anyone use this garbage company? You can't even get a hold of anyone when you have an issue and their AI nonsense just routes you around in circles and they never do the follow-up, escalation, or reach out like the bot promises you.

SpeedX delivered to my "house". I live in a gated community. There is a parcel pending inside my gated community to which they PUT THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE when my door is basically 10 feet away. My package is missing in an area where porch pirates are common. The "support" is an AI chatbot that never redirects to a real human.

Package was shipped on May 27, it has been in my state now since May 31 has been sitting in the same facility for over a week. It is now Jun 9.
The company I ordered from has, unprompted, sent a replacement package.
I am worried that I won't receive that one either.
They don't have a way to call about inquiries, so you are stuck in the dark.

They kept saying delivery failed because I wasn’t home but they NEVER KNOCKED. This happened FIVE TIMES. And instead of sending it back so I could get a refund, they kept trying to deliver it while not knocking on my door. I was home every time. The driver who finally delivered was nice enough but his app glitched, interrupting my work meeting, as that had to be resolve. Delivery driver’s service was satisfactory, all else was shit.

Delivery driver claimed 'failed delivery attempt' and I was actually at the location when he/she submitted this lie to their hub!

Sought to report this matter via SpeedX's AI chatbot and it made a false claim, stating the matter was reported and provided a case#.
I tried to follow-up via 'SpeedXops@' AND 'support@speedxescalations' ... both contacts refused to address the matter and gave some general response.

I reached out to Temu customer support and reported SpeedX experiences and demanded, this delivery service never acquire the tasks of delivering my orders... moving forward!
This is my 3rd Terrible Experience w/SpeedX.
They seek no accountability. This is what I call a 'ghetto delivery service". You never know the ethics of the person responsible for delivering your orders! Even when I sought to provide another delivery address... SpeedX returned the order as 'undeliverable'.
PLEASE CONTACT TEMU for Complaints About SpeedX... this is the only source who can make moves on behalf of the customer!

My package was received and then went out for delivery the next day. That would have been amazing if that were the end of it, instead somehow instead of getting delivered it just ended up looping back to the warehouse and has now been sitting there in processing for the last two days again. Starting to be seriously concerned I'll never see it and will have to contact the merchant soon.
Edit: After contacting the support email listed, I received a response overnight and my package was out for delivery and delivered without issue the very next day. I am VERY thankful my package wasn't lost. I bumped up my rating from 1 to 3 stars because of the swift resolution even though the former issues still were present.

SpeedX somehow managed to deliver my package inside the enclosed patio of some random apartment in my complex. The only way to pull that off would have been to throw it in there. Now I have to go search/knock on the door of every apartment with a patio to see if someone has it. Absolutely nuts, each building has a lobby, and clear instructions to our package center.
I see packages from SpeedX strewn all over random places in the complex all the time, so I know it’s not an isolated incident.

I have had zero issues with SpeedX, so I’m confused by all the bad reviews and complaints about zero customer service. You can literally call them and get an agent on the line easily. I’ve had them redeliver my packages, follow my instructions and actually call me to ensure accurate delivery. The drivers have been all friendly, and accomodating as has SpeedX… I’m being serious. They might not get it right always on the first try, but they get it right after you give specific instructions. I provide my gate code and phone number and have text messages from drivers to prove they’re good with communication. The drivers always take pictures and show me they dropped the package at the correct spot AND I have had packages handed to me personally. I always feel good knowing SpeedX is delivering my stuff.

Never received package. States it has incorrect address even though it was correct. Chat bot is useless and I needed that package a week ago when it was supposed to be here. Now I'm out my money and time and will need to repurchase these items elsewhere THAT DONT USE THE STUPID SHIPPING SERVICE. I see they have been "responding" to others reviews saying that they will figure things out. Surrrreeee, just like your chat bot helping out. Guess they have AI responding to reviews too while the take everyone's packages and send them to Mars or something.

Speedx has cracked the code on courier service: charge for delivery, do nothing, collect money.
Genius, really.
Here's their playbook. Driver pulls up to an apartment building, sees a locked door, gets back in the vehicle, and marks the package "undeliverable." No attempt to use the intercom. No attempt to use the clearly labeled dial pad mounted right next to the door that exists specifically so delivery drivers can reach residents. Just a shrug and a notification that says "we tried."
They didn't try. Trying would involve pressing buttons.
This is not a one-time experience. This is the fifth time I've been through this with Speedx. Five packages. Five rounds of multiple "attempts" spaced a week apart, each one indistinguishable from the last. The pattern is so consistent it's hard to call it incompetence anymore... it starts to look like policy.
The current package has seen three "attempts" between May 23 and June 8, and somehow managed a detour to Phoenix, Arizona on June 4 (1,300 miles off course) before apparently finding its way back to Seattle for the next failed attempt. No explanation. No notification. Just a tracking update that raises more questions than I have the energy to pursue.
What passes for communication at Speedx is occasional calls or texts from what appear to be personal cell phones... no company ID, no context, just an unknown number appearing in the middle of a workday. I have no way to know if it's a driver, a scammer, or someone who found my number elsewhere. A professional courier service communicates through traceable, identifiable channels. Speedx communicates like a stranger texting from a burner.
When you reach out for help, you get a chatbot. The chatbot will inform you that you cannot update your delivery instructions... which is almost beside the point, since no set of instructions should be necessary to explain to a courier that intercoms exist. There is no human to escalate to. That appears to be by design.
Five packages. Weeks of delays. A mysterious Arizona detour. Unknown numbers. Zero accountability.
If you have any choice in the matter, choose literally anyone else.

I have a total of 5 packages that they keep saying they can’t deliver because no one is there. My delivery location doesn’t close until 8pm. These delivery attempts are at 3pm. SHEIN will direct you to speak with them but unfortunately there is literally no way to get in touch with a live person only a bot. This is the worst company ever. My only guess is that they are keeping the merchandise and giving it to their family and friends because the customers sure don’t get it. In my order history I have different couriers delivering to the same location and every single one of the other couriers had no problem delivering yet SpeedX was the only one who consistently failed to deliver on multiple occasions. If that doesn’t seem suspicious to you then I don’t know what to tell you. What I do know is o encourage you to not do business with ANY company who uses and patronizes services with SpeedX.Do not put money in their pockets because they are just going to take money from yours and ensure you never get what you ask for and you will absolutely never get a clear answer from either side. Same with SHEIN they will not hold them accountable and will direct you back to SpeedX to speak to completely bypassing you telling them that you’re unable to speak to a live person. Save your money. The clothes are cute and cheap but don’t even waste your time if they use SpeedX as a courier. Spread the word so that EVERYONE KNOWS BECAUSE I WILL BE SURE EVERY ONE IN QUEENS NYC KNOWS

One of the Worst Delivery Experiences I've Ever Had
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with SpeedX has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn other customers.
My package was repeatedly marked as "Attempted Delivery" and "No Access" even though I provided a correct address, updated delivery instructions, and specific instructions for how to reach me through my building's call box. Those instructions were acknowledged and confirmed, yet they were apparently ignored.
The most frustrating part is that nobody called me. Nobody used the call box. Nobody contacted me in any way. Yet the tracking information continued to show failed delivery attempts. How can there be multiple delivery attempts when no effort was made to actually reach the recipient?
After that, I spent days opening tickets, contacting customer support, contacting the merchant, and trying to get a straight answer from anyone. Instead of receiving a solution, I was repeatedly bounced between companies while nobody took responsibility for what happened.
Every response felt automated, generic, or designed to push the problem onto someone else. Meanwhile, I was still without the package I paid for.
As a customer, I did everything I was supposed to do. I verified my address. I updated my apartment information. I provided detailed delivery instructions. I followed up multiple times. Yet somehow the burden still ended up on me to chase down a package that should have been delivered without issue.
What makes this experience so disappointing is not just the failed delivery attempts—it's the complete lack of accountability afterward. Mistakes happen, but when customers spend days trying to get answers and nobody can provide a clear explanation or resolution, that points to a much bigger problem.
This has easily been one of the most frustrating shipping experiences I've ever dealt with. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage merchants from using SpeedX and would advise customers to be prepared for significant headaches if their package encounters any delivery issue.
Also I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED A PACKAGE WHERE TF IS MY ORDER . Your chat bot is useless you need real people for customer service I am extremely disappointed. I updated my instructions and open 3 tickets that never got responded to

Update I emailed them like they said but they take no clear accountability or give me any answers my package is still not here a $300+order at that. STOP Replying WITH AI AND SEND MY MF PACKAGE

I don't usually leave reviews so you know how bad it must be!! Mine "disappeared" almost as soon as they got their hands on it, I suspect theft. I don't normally accuse shipping companies of stealing cuz normally it's that items and barcodes get damaged in transit, but the timing is too suspicious. Never use them domestically and if you use ECMS internationally make sure the shipper doesn't contract them. Only company ever to "lose" my box and their customer service, if you can call it that, is a total joke!!! Trust me on this plz I have been shipping for many many years.
Edit: They've been no help sending info for a police report on whichever employee/contractor of theirs stole it, avoid at all costs!!!!
