Softwarepug was very helpful. They did all of the work for me. I am not a computer expert, so their help was wonderful. All I had to do was answer questions as they asked. If I didn't know the answer, they looked it up for me. I highly recommend them for those of us who do not know all of the ins and outs of the computer brain. :) Steph C :)

Support saved the day. Was a bit miffed when my download turned out to be a 30 free trial (after paying for full version, but Bryan in support remoted to my computer and accomplished the whole uninstall/reinstall

I initially purchased Office 365. After paying and waiting I was told via customer service that it was unavailable. Problem was corrected and refunded right away. Customer service via chat excellent. I purchased instead Office Home & Office 2016, and received great service and discount for my troubles. Highly recommended

Great prices. I was hesitant at first but somehow I wanted to give it a try so I did, and I'm glad that I did. I was able to install MS office 2016 in a couple of minutes.

Great experience. I have ordered MS Office 2011 for my Mac and got my download link in less than 10 minutes. The software is activated using the product key that came with it. This is so awesome.
