I would like to thank Mark for all the work that he completed on my computer. He explained everything he was doing to assist, and letting me know the options we had along the way. 3 hours on and off the phone. I wished other companies had techs that were this committed to helping clients. We were not able to fix the issue last night. He did thou make sure the new tech and myself had all the information we needed to complete fixing the issue today. Sometimes it's not always buying a product,and not having a problem. It's knowing if you buy the product, and do have an issue there is the excellent customer service to help you through it.

I found the initial download email lacking details on what to do next. I used the chat feature to contact support and the tech, Arnie, was very helpful in installing the software and testing the product to ensure it worked. I appreciate it!

Yesterday I had questions about purchasing this software of line. I talked to Joe and he answered all my questions so I purchased the product. I downloaded it and was good to go. I turned on my computer and went to open my word program and I couldn't get it to work. No fault of Softwarepug. There was one already on my computer that needed to be activated but I did not have the code for that one, only the one I purchased. Joe remoted in and was able to show me what I did wrong and then he set up a shortcut on my laptop. I have tried the online version of Word and do not like it(need it for school) however with his help I am back in business and couldn't be happier. Joe did a great job and saved my school life. Thank you Joe!

Great Communication and very fast service. Amazing service and my rep immediately removed my non working MS Office, re-installed, tested it and it worked perfect.

Don was very helpful and very patient, he did not stop until we got my anti virus software working. I would recommend them to anyone! ;)

I have to say I was skeptical! But Joe was so incredibly helpful! First I didn't key my product key, then he upgraded my product! Then I couldn't install my program. Joe took the time and remotely installed office on my computer! Thank you again JOE! I wont think twice about using Softwarepug again!
