Customer service through Softwarepug was outstanding!!! I hit a few software glitches (no trouble with the product but rather with it competing with a past installation issue), and the software technician took a substantial amount of time to walk through installation problems. He doubled-checked to ensure that installation was good and that the product worked correctly before signing off. Very patient and helpful with troubleshooting. I am extremely pleased with Softwarepug and would recommend this site to others! Well done.

I downloaded Outlook 2016 in April & it just stopped working. I initiated a chat & was connected to Arnie who was AWESOME & solved my problem! Will definitely come back to order additional software as needed & highly recommend Softwarepug!
