The technicial was very helpful to me..........I am not very computer literate as to the technical workings of the computer. He did most of the install as I am not familiar with the terminology.

I purchased multiple computer codes for my business. Anytime I went to install the products (even months, year later) they still give me five star treatment. Edward Dedios went above and beyond and helped me set it up step-by-step.

This was one of the most wonderful experiences I've had with installing Microsoft Office products.

There's always some quirks when purchasing/installing the software. But the customer service is receptive and VERY helpful each time I am on the site.

Kudos to Darwin and Arnie. They were both courteous and patient. While the installation took longer than I expected, mostly becuase of my lack of skills, I am operational. The $20.00 fee was certainly s bargain.

I had a issue in implementing the Office software, I called the 800 number and received an OUTSTANDING customer service from Mr. Edward, he was very polite, knowledgeable, and rendered great customer service, this is my first time with software pug, you need more people like him, thanks again for Excellent Service.

Was just browsing today when Tim checked in with me. Wanted to know what I was working on. From there we proceeded to get me into a package for my computer.

Edward finally solved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Yesterday I spent more than an hour with another agent who tried to solve the problem but could not. Edward finally figured it out after trying numerous things. He was very patient and did a great job. Thank you.

This review is not prejudice.I n any way. Softwarepug was truly attentive and thorough. As far as I can se my issue has been resolved even though the time required probably exceeded there time limit. They were aces in my book!

This software was considerably less expensive than I could find anywhere. I did not download it properly, but they called me to make sure everything was right. Immediately they took care of my mistake and fixed it remotely.
