It was greata...very efficient. The tech worked remotely and we were able to complete the necessary install without difficulty. I felt confident through out about the security of my system while the tech was remotely "cleaning up" and ensuring that my new MS Office 2016 was working correctly.

I can highly recommend "Joe" who was my personal assistant when I ran into serious trouble downloading the product I had ordered and paid for. JD is a very patient person with someone who has little or no computer skills. He was most patient with me and I appreciate very much his skill as well as his ability to deal with someone who has no computer knowledge. I hope we do not need to work together again, but should a problem arise, I will appreciate his skill in dealing with the situation!!!

Ed helped me with a knotty problem getting Microsoft to allow me access to a newly purchased version of MS Office. He took over my screen and maneuvered to isolate the problem. I had created an MS account but never signed in! Thank you, Ed!

I needed help and Arnie was extremely understanding when I started out upset. He guided me through and confirmed my program was activated and working, and also helped to clear unwanted versions of the program from my system.
