5 Stars for Joe, who I spoke with via Software Pug online chat to help me with the install process. And 5 stars to the quick email sent with the prompts and info for the download and install process.

The purchase process through Software Pug was quick and easy! I received the email to download my purchase right away. I had a few glitches during my install process. The glitches were probably not on Software Pug's end, but either way, Joe was very patient and helpful via online chat. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and got everything up and running for me. I feel confident that if I have any more issues, Joe (or somebody) will be there for me to get me back in the groove!

Had issues trying to activate the software. Technical support was outstanding to work with.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Several issues with previously install software that conflicted with the installation of Publisher 2013. He was able to resolve everything and it is currently installed and working correctly. Spent all the necessary time to insure it work!

My install did not go easy. I had several email conversation and online chats before I went to online remote assistance. Jayson kept going until he resolved the issues and installed my software. I would recommend this company because they will be there for you and back up their product. Joy, Don and Leo were helpful as well.

I was having problems downloading software I purchased and I was connected to Mark to help me troubleshoot the problem. He was able to connect remotely and it took awhile but he figured out what the problem was and was able to download it for me. If it hadn't been for him, I would never have been able to figure out what I needed to do. I appreciate how much time it took for him to work with me to solve this problem. I definitely recommend using this site.

Needed to reinstall Microsoft Project. Mr. Bernard was quick and efficient, completing the task rapidly. I was impressed. 2nd part of my request was to "register" with Microsoft so upon 365 updates, Office software did not lock up -- Mr. Bernard said that was completed also in the short period of time he assisted me. If he is correct, an excellent customer service effort today.
