I must admit that after I spoke to Kaspersky and received reolution from them in resolving the activation key issue. I had my doubts about SoftwarePug helping me either. I bough office2016 for mac without the knowledge of installing it. I sent an email asking for help. They ask me to schedule a remote assistance. Someone from their office contacted me to the date i scheduled my remote assistance. He ask to get access to my computer and helped me to get my msoffice installed. He taught me how to install msoffice so that in the next time I'm going to purchase again with them i can definitely do it my self. Good Job!

I was worried it was a scam at first because I received an email stating my order was being "held for further review". Way to freak people out that are trying to buy your stuff online, wth? the code eventually came within the 15 minutes and it is okay.

Arnie from Support help me download a program onto a new computer. We had complications with connections, key codes, and more. One by one, he worked everything out and the program did what it was supposed to! Arnie was persistent and determined to get the program downloaded and working right. Very patient with me, especially being unfamiliar with a new system. Kudos!
