When we upgraded our car after 24 hours to something more suitable, we received prompt and great service. Big thanks to SNAP and Manesh in particular for sorting things when school holidays were happening and cars in short supply

big space for kids to sleep in and we get the car in full tank that was amazing the service was awesome 👌 and its was great experience for us so thank you for looking after us for our 4 days and they are affordable 👍 so really recommended for everyone 😊😍

From pick up to drop off everything went very smoothly. Friendly and professional service. Car was clean and in good condition. We included snow chain hire which was very important if traveling up the mountain. This is second time we hired from Snap and would highly recommend.

My first time using Snap, I thought a new company, good prices, give it a go.
2 Stars is for the Car being good and exactly as expected, clean, tidy and got us around as expected. Airport shuttle service easy to use and friendly staff.

Reason this isn't 5 stars:
When arriving to pick up vehicle, Snap staff member put pressure on to cancel current insurance with the booking company to direct with them "For $7 difference"
"If you stay with them we have to do $2K bond that can take 2-weeks to process back to you"
I was fine with that, but he was adamant cancelling and going with them was the right thing to do - "We have to stay competitive"

So, I allowed it to be cancelled.
Thereafter it turns out the $7 difference wasn't $7 cheaper - it was $18 more expensive than my original. "Oh yeah, so pretty much $7" he said.
After realising it felt dishonest on their part, I said I was happy with my original booking rather than going through additional process, by then "Too late now" so I had to purchase the insurance directly.
Now, I'm stuck going through a refund process with the original company that can take up to 1-month to process.

Would recommend for the cars, not for the unwanted pressure to change insurance providers.

Smooth pickup and car was in great condition. No hiccups faced.

Customer service was great the vehicle was just what was needed would definitely recommended and be using again in the future.

It was easy to book and collect car, even after hours.

The car needed its wheels aligned badly. I’m not accustomed to Kia’s or Japanese cars so maybe that was the problem.

Great service on pickup! And easy to deal with upgrading. Unfortunately the phone experience was different when we tried to upgrade however it got dealt with over the counter by the awesome guy in Christchurch. Thank yous! 😊
