Friendly efficient service with bonus upgrade

Great staff, super friendly, great instructions about our pick up point at the airport. Collection of car was easy due to the online check in before.

I made a round trip from Chch to Auckland to pick up my family and belongings.

I returned to Chch with a van full of furniture and other heavy items, along with my entire family.

Being able to count on the quality of SNAP / U-SAVE vehicles was crucial for a good trip.

The trip demands a lot of vehicle performance with many uphill sections, high speeds, and rain at times. And at no point did the vehicle rented from SNAP show any signs of problems or reduced performance.

Thank you SNAP for ensuring a good trip for me and my family with well-maintained and cared-for vehicles.

Just an addendum: It was my first time driving a HIACE van and I was truly impressed by the quality of the vehicle!

If anyone needs a vehicle that can handle hard work, I highly recommend it!

Good service. Timely airport shuttle pickup. Car in great condition. Suited my needs. Maybe just a few pointers re indicator , wiper wand function as a little different to my car. Lights settings was a little unsure, though realize there was a manual which I consulted.

Efficient pickup/dropoff. Good deal $ too. Car was perfect.
I thought the after hours pickup $50 was bit expensive.
Only problem we had was with the window wipers. They need replacing.

Great service. Speed shuttle pick up from the airport to their base. Car was great value.

Overall good experience. We did have engine issues with our vehicle and used AA to guide us through the problem. Would have been nice to have our call returned from Snaphire when we were stranded on the side of the road (customer service suggestion). Will use Snaphire again as overall experience was good.
