Everything was seamless, staff were friendly and went out of there way to make the process simple and efficient with no drama. Will certainly be using you more often.

Check in was super easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Drop off was also super simple with a prompt offer of shuttle service back to the airport. Car was reliable and comfortable. Great value for money

Very friendly. However the van driver doesn't slow for speed bumps. The online check-in says thank you not checked in. Have I completed it? Or just saved it? I couldn't see how it actually saved me time. I wouldn't call a Toyota Corolla a mid sized car.
However it was a lovely car, beautiful to drive and my request to be sure I had a reversing camera was filled. I would rent a car again without hesitation from snap

Really friendly staff. Went out of their way to look after us. Car was a bit older but simply fabulous. Didn’t need the latest just reliable and comfortable.

We were accused of smoking in the vehicle because we are smokers. We not once smoked in the vehicle however yes our jackets do smell of smoke and even as a smoker i can smell the smoke on myself and we were charged $250 for something we didn't do.

Service is excellent. They are super patient, clear and informative. They are comfortably disarming when you think you are right, but you arent.
One thing I would do differently next time is book direct and get my insurance with them direct.
Car was functional, clean and fit for purpose. Excellent pricing, excludes insurance, which doubles the price, but still reasonable.

pre check in, pick up from Airport was great. But the best was getting notified a day in advance our flight was cancelled and how smooth and easy it was to book the car for another day.
