To provide some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine that helps you find the best travel options for flights, hotels and car hire. After finding what you are looking for on our platform, you are redirected to your chosen travel provider to make the booking with them directly. The travel provider you book with manages your booking. Therefore, Skyscanner doesn't have access to the booking details or correspondence from the travel providers once users have redirected from our site.

I’ve booked air ticket with flight…

I’ve booked air ticket with flight network through your app. Until now i haven’t received my eticket by email or message. I had called their customer service, but there is no proper response. I will never booked flights through skyscanner or recommended to anyone. Disappointed

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your e-ticket from the third-party travel agent, FlightNetwork, after finding your flights on Skyscanner and are finding it difficult to contact them. 

We understand how frustrating this can be. To help provide some context, when bookings are made with online travel agents such as FlightNetwork, the travel agent will have to confirm the booking with the airline before they are able to confirm the booking and issue the tickets to the customer. Whilst this is usually quite a quick process, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours.

There can also be other reasons as to why the tickets may not have been received yet, such as technical issues on the travel provider's side or a typing error in the email address provided when making the booking, for example.  

As a travel search engine, Skyscanner does not handle or have access to any bookings. However, to help support you, I have emailed you directly. Please keep an eye out on your inbox for our email.

Skyscanner is a travel comparison site and app that helps travellers compare options for flights, hotels, and car hire. Once you choose a travel provider, you enter your details and complete the booking directly with them. This means we do not have direct access to the booking, but we're always happy to help where we can. 

As you’ve already shared your account details with us, we’ve now contacted the BudgetAir team on your behalf and asked them to look into your request, and clarify your ticket's terms and conditions. We’ve also contacted you directly so we can keep you updated.

It's worth mentioning, in the meantime, that changes to a booking are usually subject to the fare conditions and the airline’s rules. As an online travel agent, BudgetAir can only make changes where the airline allows this.
