I have worst experience with Skyscanner…

I have worst experience with Skyscanner and will never business again. Skyscanner redirected to GOTOGATE which has debited my Credit card with 18865 Rupees however sent a fake ticket. The PNR number is not valid with Air India Express . They said they did not receive any payment. Its SCAM and when I asked refund, they are ghosting me stating Airlines is holding the money. Skyscanner Link has disabled 'submit' button for refund/complaint form and redirecting to GOTOGATE which is a Ghost company in Sweden with no physical address. SkyScanner do you know your partners well before advising to buy tickets from them?

I would like to have a ticket in my…

I would like to have a ticket in my folders or downloads. Now I only have proof of payment from the return ticket. And it would be great if I don't have to download extra apps to get my ticket. But it might be booking.com's fault.

As a search engine, we help travellers find the best deals on flights, hotels and car rentals. Once they've found what they're looking for, they're redirected to the airline or travel agent's site where they make their booking directly. This unfortunately mean we have no access to their booking information and are therefore unable to display these details on our platform. 

That said, you should still be able to reference all of your booking details through the provider you completed the purchase with.

I want to book the cheapest flight, not interested in overpriced sponsered hotels. THey have lost their direction. Bye bye

As a travel search engine, Skyscanner doesn't set or control prices. Flight prices are also dynamic and can fluctuate based on demand, seat availability, and airline pricing strategies. A great majority of any inconsistencies get automatically corrected soon.

Prices change at payment

You see a certain price and at the final step before payment it becomes much higher! By then you have filled in everything, which is a waste of time. This happened to all flights I tried to book from Rio de janeiro to porto alegre

Money deducted, booking not confirmed

not able to reach their customer care

After I complaint, after more than 4 days the ticket got confirmed, hence updating the post. and Thanks to Sky Scanner for helping me.
