Highly recommended for frequent travelers or anyone looking to save money on trips.

Wanted the buy two flights, in middle of checking out the flight, the price was raised by 100 euros, right as we were putting our card info in.

My go to plane ticket app! Almost always does Skyscanner find the best options and prices.

It gave a nice overview of all the offers and flights that are available. However, the prices were in fact higher than Skyscanner showed and it could be stated somewhere sooner that you have to pay quite some extra money for checked luggage.

Warning! Do not book your vacation here!

This isn’t even worth one star. Our entire family feels cheated, and we will never book here again. We only saw the reviews after booking and got very anxious.

This is a warning. You are sent from pillar to post. It was a simple adjustment: one extra letter in our daughter’s first name. We discovered the mistake immediately after booking and contacted them within minutes. They assured us it would be fine and that we were well in time for the correction. We spent 2.5 months on this, with more than 10 emails and 20 phone calls, but no one helped us. They claimed they were in consultation with the airlines and couldn’t reach them.

I called all the airlines myself, and they confirmed they were always reachable and responded to emails promptly, just as I managed to reach them within 3 minutes. All airlines stated that the name correction was possible and free since it was just one letter. The name could only be changed by Super Saver because they had booked the ticket, and I wasn’t authorized. The airlines said Super Saver needed to call them, and they would be guided through the process. Two days before departure, we received a message that they couldn’t change the name. By then, I had already paid a fee twice for the name correction. The tension was high, and we were not helped. Our wonderful vacation was completely ruined, and we couldn’t go anymore.

This booking was through Skyscanner, which redirected us to Super Saver for the deal. I advise against using both platforms. Pay a bit more and ensure that if you make a mistake, you can correct it yourself through the airline. It may cost a bit more, but you won’t have this hassle.

We ultimately canceled our booking. We were told that a calculation would be made for what we would get back, and we would receive a message within 15 days. We hope they keep their promise. If not, we will start a lawsuit and demand compensation. We have recorded all conversations. The total cost was €3257.64.

To other victims considering booking through this platform: don’t do it! Save yourself the stress and misery we experienced.
